Great location, hotel clean and staff helpful. Breakfast was very good. However we had to return evening meal as chicken very undercooked . Morning shower was good but no hot water in the evening. Overall enjoyed the stay

Everything went well except that it would take an effort to clean it up (torn sheet with some blood stains, dust above the clothes rack, dirty coffee water heater that we cleaned ourselves) among others, to name but a few. only that. Improve these shortcomings and everything will be perfect. In general the stay was satisfactory.

First time we stayed at this hotel, the place was locked and we had to telephone for someone to greet us. There was no coffee in the room we had to ask for it which we was able to do before it appeared they left for the evening. When we showered I had to wait over twenty minutes for the hot water to come through. the room looked it had been refurbish and was clean but the bathroom looked tired. I have had to tick the box for couples this was an overnight rest for my wife & I traveling home from our Daughter house.

We made the mistake of arriving on a Sunday, thinking that as it had a bar and restaurant that they would be open. They weren't. I can only think that the three star rating for this place is due to the fact that they have such facilities. Pity they're closed at weekends. We had to drive a few miles to go to dinner on the town. We had to ring a phone number to be let in on arrival, which is not very welcoming. The hotel is in the middle of a tatty industrial park, and we did worry about parking our car there, but it was intact in the morning. We had a kettle in the room, but no cups or tea or coffee. The Receptionist provided cardboard cups etc upon request. The room was OK, basic, but we didn't pay a fortune to stay here. It was clean. Breakfast was a shambles. The Receptionist and a colleague were setting tables, but it turned out that they were setting them for dinner. As we went to sit down, staff removed placemats etc. Simple verbal communication would have been useful, there was no attempt to speak to us in French or English to explain what was happening. We managed to get the last couple of croissants and pieces of bread before they ran out at 8.30. Otherwise we would have had to manage with fruit, yogurts and ham. We did hear some people quite rightly grumbling about it. Upon departure, no-one asked us whether we'd had a pleasant stay, or even wished us "bon voyage". A man merely took our key from us with a "merci". Bottom line is, that I wouldn't stay here again. There is plenty of choice closer to Evreux.

Wouldn't even score 1. Arrived at 19.00 after 9 hour drive. Hotel in darkness note on door (needed a torch to read) call receptionist, supposed to be upstairs). Called 3 times each time 'be down 5 mins' Over 15 mins later receptionist arrived in a car, with a male. Reason we chose this hotel was it had a restaurant, not, it was closed. Too late to find alternative. Booked 2 rooms, my room hadn't been cleaned, bedding as left by previous guest part empty bottles of water and rubbish on floor. In the morning the alternative room had previous guest toothbrush on top of broken soap dispenser on rim of Bath. At no time did the receptionist offer any apology in fact was quite rude. Paid €80+ each room. Complained to Kyriad only received a vague non committal response. Will never use any Kyriad hotel again. They obviously don't know the meaning of customer satisfaction and quite honestly are not interested.

Some rooms are in a pitiful state. If the breakfast is ok, I don't advise you to have your dinner there. The positive point, very friendly staff!!! Overall I was disappointed by the quality/price ratio of the establishment.

I have stayed at this hotel several times for business reasons; Very objectively, we are in a good value for money hotel. The reception is commercial. The rooms, without being at the top level, are correct and allow you to spend a peaceful night. Noise pollution from the nearby motorway is non-existent because the double glazing of the rooms is very efficient. Breakfast is also ok. Pancakes are missing for die-hard fans. But very objectively, it is an establishment that I recommend;
