This is our third stay at this Best Western.
The rooms are clean well appointed and quiet. Reception staff are friendly and helpful; and the restaurant is excellent.

Broken lift and dreadful breakfast spoilt stay
Disappointing. Chosen due to car parking availability. Bedroom was comfortable and clean but lift was broken during our visit so had to carry bags from basement car park to 2nd floor. Breakfast following morning was terrible - coffee machine broken, no hot water, buffet of cooked food looked inedible. Staff not interested.
