"The front desk of the hotel was very welcoming and quickly remembered all my words. The service was very good and they took the initiative to help with my luggage. The single room was a bit small, but it was nicely decorated and clean. The hotel was very quiet and I could sleep until dawn. The hotel is in the city center, very convenient for eating, playing and shopping. There is the most famous Skeleton Church here, which is worth visiting."
"The reality of the hotel is different from what we found. Ecork is in the rehabilitation phase, so the photos available on the website do not reflect the state of degradation in which it finds itself. The expectation was much better than the reality.
Although the pool, spa and surroundings are welcoming, there is, for example, no working pool bar. The internet in the room was non-existent or weak. The beds are comfortable and there is silence. As it is a sustainable hotel, with water recovery, hot water takes some time to appear in the taps."
"We were a little disappointed for a 4-star hotel, air conditioning was noisy, TV channels had almost all rain, bad image. On the day we had water out under the toilet, and out of the bathroom glass swallowing the floor. It was quickly resolved, but it shouldn't be, because it's things that do not happen with more maintenance. The glass board of the bathroom was almost falling. I had something ridiculous that was having the mini-fridge inside the toilet!! why? There was room in the room, the bed was comfortable and coatted, the breakfast was sinful without regional products, no cheese, no local fillers, etc. Orange juice was packed and had no alternative to milk. It certainly perceives some adjustments."
"It took us a while to navigate in the town to find the hotel as google map wasnt very accurate. Im so glad for free parking at the hotel's basement garage as the town's parking was mainly for locals. Room was big and comfortable, making me wish that i have a longer stay here. I love the room layout! I am very appreciative of the body gel, shampoo, hand wash and body lotion provided as the scent is amazing. I do wish there is conditioner and toothbrush though."
"One of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed in! Staff were unbelievably kind, rooms and bathrooms were super clean and the terrace and living areas were really nice! Would definitely recommended!"
"We were in Evora for a day and were very pleasantly welcomed.
The hoteller has really explained everything very well and friendly and has marked the main points on a map for us.
The room was well furnished and beautifully furnished. The bed may be a little soft and the room lightly bright but everything in all really nice !
Breakfast is also very pleasant."
"I read some reviews about the hotel that made me worried about my stay. I didn't feel anything negative about the hotel that I read during my stay. The room was clean, the service was impeccable. Breakfast with lots of variety and quality. The indoor pool with hot water, the jacuzzi in full operation. In terms of location, it is 5 minutes from the center. It was a pleasant stay. I will repeat if I go back there."

Amazing
GGuest UserExcelente espaço, atendimento e cuidado com os clientes.
A casa é ótima, com todas as comodidades, a cama é super confortável e é um espaço super central.
GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay in Evora and booked the MouraSuits Hotel.
The check-in was super friendly and we even allowed our room to be taken up more than indicated.
The hotel offers an extra parking space so we did not have any problems with the closing of our car.
We had a superior room for 2 people with view of the pool. The bathroom is beautifully equipped with a rain shower.
The pool was also pleasantly cold, but not too cold.
The breakfast was a dream. We could order our egg food without a surcharge, there were various fresh juices as well as cheese and sauce cut, baggage, etc.
We will come back in any case.
FForrestmThe approach to the hotel is uninspiring which makes your arrival in a modern manicured property all the more surprising. The hotel is well thought out, set up for a very chilled out time and service and facilities are excellent. We did not give a full 5 for one reason which for some could be a blocker. This hotel is very popular with young families, for very good reasons but if you want a quiet retreat keep this in mind If on the other hand you have young children it is a great place.
NnongminbbThe hotel was converted from a monastery in the countryside of southern Europe. It has its own church, a restaurant and bar converted from a corridor, and the olive groves and fields in the hotel garden are all stunningly beautiful. There are several interesting halls to explore in the public area. The outdoor swimming pool should be very popular in summer. The hotel has many rooms and can accommodate a certain size of holiday groups. I saw a group of retired elderly people staying there. Although the hotel is outside the ancient city, the city is very small, about 4 kilometers away from the core area, and a taxi to the train station is only about 5 euros.
GGuest UserThe hotel is in a good location, and it is easy to walk to some attractions. The room is also clean and large. The parking lot at the door is large and free. It is easy to find a place to eat nearby, but if you don't make a reservation, the seats are tight.
GGuest UserParking is convenient and close to the Evora Cathedral and the city walls.
Breakfast is really great! Better than the famous 5-star hotels in Porto.
It was such a shame that I could only stay for one day.
GGuest UserHotel is located just outside the old city walls so it is easy to explore the old city on foot. There is an underground garage for guests to use. facilities are good and breakfast is decent but somewhat limited due to few staff.
The main asset we found is the staff - a team of nice and very helpful young people. Whatever we asked for, the response was immediate and positive.
All in all an excellent starting point to explore Evora and the surrounding area.
GGuest UserWell located, easy access to transport and walking distance to the historic center.
Everything very clean and tidy.
Very welcoming staff and excellent breakfast in a super friendly place.
Definitely coming back
CCaGirlThe pros about the hotel: Location, service, and cleanliness of the room were all great. The hotel itself is aesthetically pleasing inside, and knowing it used the façade of the old bull-ring was pretty cool too. Now the cons: the pillows, were very flat and nothing to them so I didn't sleep well and had a slight headache when I woke up and the breakfast was a bit expensive for what it was. Otherwise, it was a good stay.
