Excellent facilities, extremely attentive staff, the rooms are of very good quality, you sleep very well, very well soundproofed, you couldn't hear any noise from the other guests. Impeccable breakfast adapted for celiacs. I highly recommend

My wife and I were here on a Gate1 tour, coming from Azaruja, and the cork factory. We had to walk for about 10 minutes from where the bus parked to the M'Ar De Ar Aqueduto hotel, and the weather was hot, reaching 80 degrees today. It seems that the buses cannot park right by the hotel. If you wanted to walk into town, you had to go back out and walk another 10 minutes, and it was a bit confusing as to which way was town center. We gave up after going into several streets and decided it wasn't worth it at that hour. We had a buffet dinner tonight at the hotel and the food was decent. Hotel had popcorn near Reception area. No water heater for coffee/tea, no body lotion, I'm almost 6' tall and had to stretch to reach the hangers in the hallway closet! Room was spacious. Nice views from room. Staff was courteous and accommodating.

On the website they show you nice pictures but the hotel is old and run down. The steam room is out of service and the walls on the pool level are peeling off due to heavy moisture. We got the suite palace room thinking it would be a fantastic view and stay. All the rooms faced a wall and an alleyway. The breakfast was mediocre. I personally don’t recommend this hotel nor will I ever go back.

LOVED THIS HOTEL! We stayed here two nights while on a Country Roads of Portugal tour. Great location-perfect actually. You are away from the City Town Square but only a 10 minute walk from the hotel where it is quiet. The room was spacious with all the the amenities you would expect from a high end hotel. The breakfast was lovely and plenty of choices and stations. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Evora one of my favorites!!

This hotel is amazing. From the check in til we departed, this place is all about service. The staff is fantastic, they even parked our car for us. The rooms are huge, and are very well equipped. Our room had a shower and a bathtub , the air conditioning was super nice since it was quite warm during our stay. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choices , something for everyone. The hotel is a very short walk to all the sites and restaurants. I only wish we had stayed longer.

Checking in was easy.. we were promptly led to our room in the 1st floor. The room looked tired and dated.. The bed was quite uncomfortable. In spite of the room being hot a all evening we were not able to open either of the windows (with no screens or bars) as they opened on to an alley where groups of people congregated through the night.

Not many outlets! Both a shower and a tub and there was a window that could look into the bathroom. Toiletries in little bottles. But there was a makeup mirror and a rain shower head. Also a small fridge. Great mattress! Could easily walk to the main square for shops and restaurants.
