Staff was very friendly and helpful. Many amenities available such as interior pool, spa, gym. There was a broken door in our room but after reporting it to reception it was fixed in less than 30 minutes.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. Rooms are of a good size. Some rooms only have a very small window, so the room is very dark. Breakfast was good, fresh fruit, yoghurt etc. the scrambled eggs were not to our taste. We would definitely come again.

The hotel is in the countryside not far from the center of Ewula Town. It is large and very good. There are plenty of free parking spaces. There are also many tourists staying. It is very pleasant to listen to the chirping of birds in the morning. The breakfast is rich and delicious.

The hotel has a different concept than usual! With individual suites, as if they were igloos, it gives the feeling of being isolated from all the other guests! It's quite reserved and great for a few days of rest and dating! It was our wedding anniversary and they were incredible in preparing the suite with a little treat for us! But also very family-friendly (there were many families staying with children). Great breakfast and very friendly staff! We really enjoyed it and will go back with our children!

The approach to the hotel is uninspiring which makes your arrival in a modern manicured property all the more surprising. The hotel is well thought out, set up for a very chilled out time and service and facilities are excellent. We did not give a full 5 for one reason which for some could be a blocker. This hotel is very popular with young families, for very good reasons but if you want a quiet retreat keep this in mind If on the other hand you have young children it is a great place.
