"Overall it's good but free parking is difficult if you don't choose the paid parking at 3 euros per night. The hostesses are charming and professional, very friendly. The neighborhood is pretty good but families with animals are quite annoying, especially when they lock their dog alone in an apartment during the day and it barks continuously."

"The hotel is ideally located at the entrance of the city centre of Evian, a few steps from the lake and only 10 minutes walk from the station. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable and is very clean and clean."
"Overall, the hotel is good, the rooms spacious, and the spa adequate.
However, the reception service was mediocre (delay in getting our room, wrong room, questioning our reservation, etc.) and no one apologized before our departure, despite all the mishaps I'm ignoring.
As for the restaurant service, it's difficult to describe, it's so non-existent: we arrived first, and our main course arrived after 1 hour and 15 minutes, and what's more, it was part of the daily special. The Caesar salad has no taste, and after a complaint, it came back 20 minutes later with a few extra chili peppers.
Apparently, the hotel management is aware of this, since reception directly raised the issue of the restaurant when we expressed our overall dissatisfaction. Yet, the next day, it was the same.
Only the spa staff is competent. The maids are friendly but forget what we asked for and what was missing from the room (tea, coffee).
In short, the service is closer to an Ibis hotel than a Hilton."
"The service attitude is very good, the geographical position is superior, the road is the lake, the scenery is beautiful, the breakfast is relatively simple, the room is a bit old, and a little small, the sound insulation is not good, and the price is relatively good."
"Awesome B&B, very good value for money, located on the edge of Lake Geneva (Switzerland called Lake Geneva), walking 500 meters to Evian town, the hotel is very beautiful and very tasteful, it is a midnight alarm, a few minutes, slow French talent turns off the alarm"
