Old, dirty and poorly maintained establishment. Dirt on top of the furniture, and it wasn't from yesterday. Dirty terrace. We made the place cleaner than when we arrived. Stairwell not maintained for a week, dirt on the floor and very bad smells. Common and exterior windows never cleaned, cobwebs, opacity. Blood stain on a sheet. Pillowcase that smelled bad. Obliged to bring everything back to reception and make the bed ourselves. Minimum service. Dangerous outdoor swimming pool ladder, moves when used, loosening. Swimming pool areas not subject to any control by staff. Users do anything. Some swim in shorts and t-shirts even though it is forbidden. Religion is one thing, hygiene is another, more important thing. Children dive encouraged by parents who disrespect the ban. Bad explanation from reception to handing over the keys. We didn't have all the keys. No night watchman or doorbell, nor emergency phone to contact if there is a problem after 9:30 a.m. Stuck outside the first evening. Fortunately, a member of staff who saw our cellphone flash and helped us out. His laconic explanation: you have to have your keys with you and not forget them, except that we were only given half of them. Children who scream early in the morning, parents who speak loudly as if they are alone. The only positive points are that the establishment is well located. Some members of the staff are friendly and attentive, but that is not enough for a vacation spot that claims 3 stars. For catering, the choice is not great, but it is respectable. Still remains our worst experience in a club for a price of almost 1400 euros per week from July 8 to 15 in single accommodation. Disastrous value for money. Decent animation. A lot of effort needs to be made, particularly on the cleanliness and supervision of the premises. A member of staff always had a glass of alcohol in his hand during his breaks even though it seems to me that this is prohibited in the workplace. Negligence is felt in many aspects and when you pay a high price, it is very disagreeable.

J ai passé une excellente semaine avec ma fille de 12 ans. Les logements ont certes besoin d un rafraîchissement mais ils sont propres et fonctionnels. Situé face à la marina, il est idéalement situé (15 mn à pied du centre ville), la terrasse du bar donne sur le lac Léman ce qui nous a permis d admirer le magnifique feu d artifice du 15 août. Nous étions en pension complète et nous avons été pleinement satisfaites de la restauration ! Bravo et merci à : L équipe du service de salle du restaurant et du bar pour leur gentillesse et leur sourire. L équipe d’animation qui nous a diverti (jeux apéro et animation du soir) malgré des vacanciers pas toujours participatifs ou « réceptifs »… En tous cas, ma fille et moi avons énormément apprécié ! Au personnel de la réception, pour leur gentillesse, leurs renseignements sur les balades à faire et sorties aux alentours La piscine extérieure est propre et bien entretenue, les « pergolas » sont bien pratiques ! La piscine intérieure est pratique en cas de pluie ! La salle de sport est bien équipée, il y a ce qu il faut pour entretenir sa forme ou « éliminer les excès » du petit dej copieux ou de la croziflette ! Notre séjour a vraiment répondu à notre attente et ma fille a déjà hâte d’y revenir l été prochain !!!

Arrivée tardive, très compliqué de parquer la voiture. Si vous souhaiter un parking, il faut le réserver et le payer. Logement sale. A l’arrivée dans le logement, superbe découverte des poubelles des précédents locataires. Durant la nuit, les chauffages sont coupés, réveil bien frais. Il est évident que le personnel est très mal formé. En bref, tout est bien géré à l’économie dans ce centre. Beaucoup trop chère pour les prestations. Dernier séjour dans ce genre d’établissement.
