Facilities are newer and well kept. I have zero complaints admit my stay here. Honestly, it exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately, I woke up to late for the breakfast or I'd comment on that as well.

Very good, much better than I imagined

The room was extremely clean and after having an issue with my card getting back in the building they issues a new card with no problem

Beautiful Southwestern decor, friendly staff, delicious food, comfortable rooms...all in all a very satisfactory experience. Very convenient to the School of Mines where our grandson is attending. We'd go again in a heartbeat!

This hotel has explicitly discriminatory, transphobic policies around bathrooms. I stayed at here during a work trip where I was assisting operations for a conference. Our group had several gender non-conforming participants, myself included, some of whom do not feel comfortable using the men's/women's rooms and would prefer access to an all gender bathroom. I tried to seek out this accommodation for myself and our conference participants during my stay here. During this process, I was notified by a hotel associate the hotel does not provide access to all gender bathrooms and can only have public restrooms that accommodate men and women. She went on to indicate, ”guests who do not wish to use either restroom may use the restrooms in their rooms.” She cited hotel policy as the reason for this lack of accommodation. I am not a Colorado resident but I do know that Colorado's anti-discrimination laws guarantee equal access to public accommodations regardless of disability, race, sex, sexual orientation, gender (including transgender status), etc. In Colorado, it is unlawful for a place of public accommodation to refuse, withhold from, or deny individuals in any of the above listed classifications the full and equal enjoyment of the goods, services, etc. offered by the place of public accommodation. Asking gender nonconforming people to use the single stall restrooms or restrooms in their rooms is not an equal accommodation and is in fact discriminatory under Colorado state law. This hotel has explicitly discriminatory, transphobic policies. Do not stay here.

Nice clean and comfortable room. The electronic key that Marriott offers is great! Check in using their app. Receive the electronic key when your room is ready and you never have to deal with the front desk. Now if you need something from the front desk, we needed extra coffee, you will need to make some noise to get someone to come from the back. Our five times by the front desk there was never anyone present. Over all we would definitely stay here again.

Front entrance/check in area is extremely small, no way to be even 2 feet from someone else entering or exiting. No way to do touch-less check-in or get into the room without the card keys (which kept failing despite keeping them away from phones which demagnetize them). Maintenance man was wearing a mask - under his chin and not on his face. He never distanced himself, actually pushed past me at close distance more than once. Our room was on the top floor facing west - we had the direct sun in our room and it was a very hot day so our room was hot. Thought I might open the ac to full settings but that didn't work - the separate bedroom didn't have a unit, only a tiny vent to the living room where another family member was sleeping so the bedroom was hot. So the next thing was to open the window but there was a huge security light shining directly into the window. Why? Shouldn't it be pointing out onto the parking lot, not into the room? The light probably added to the heat imho. So it was overly hot all night. As we were checking out I was looking at housekeeping carts and didn't see anything out of the ordinary - no special steam cleaners, etc. It would have been nice to have a small packet of Lysol wipes added to the small dishwashing liquid under the sink to disinfect things.

OK, the hotel is a bit old, but it is very clean and tidy, the cleaning has been all the time, a lot of nuts, can not see the Chinese
