We invite you to stay at our beautiful home. We are confident that your stay with us will be as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Please note that four of the bedrooms contain queen beds and the other 2 bedrooms are smaller in size and each contains a single bed as shown in pictures. We also have two additional two twin floor mattresses and bedding that can accommodate additional guests.
Guest access:
This rental inlcudes the entire home including two separate side by side units. Each unit includes it's own kitchen, a living room, a dining room, 1 full bath and 1 half bath, deck, and backyard.
Other things to note:
The 6 bedrooms are designed to accommodate up to 10 people comfortably. However, if you plan to have additional guests we have two comfotable floor mattresses, and extra pillows and bedding available for you to use during your stay to accommodate up to 2 more guests.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs (limit 2 total).$75 pet fee per pet.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:NO PARTIES: Unauthorized parties subject to cancellation with no refund and a $1000 unauthorized party fee will be charged to your account..QUIET HOURS: 10 PM to 7 AM.
