Check in was very slow, parking is detached from the property and is an additional $15 a day- the parking was disclosed prior to arrival but no other option exists- if you want your room cleaned, you must specify it in advance- this was never disclosed in person during check in. The next day when no cleaning happened I inquired at the desk was told not only should I have been told verbally while checking in, there were also notices of such policies on the mirrors in my room- I later checked this in my room and there were none- I let them know that I did want for sure the next day and 2 different desk employees promised it would be taken care of the next day- the next day no housekeeping occurred and I informed the same 2 staff members that it had happen again & was assured they take care of it… needless to say they did not do anything. The hotel should be embarrassed if not only their policy but also their incompetence at the front desk…. I will never set foot in this property again- room needed a deep cleaning overall too….
