The Graduate Hotel in Evanston is an adorable boutique hotel that is top notch from their interior design to friendly staff. Love how close it is to Northwestern College and all the great restaurants.

The elevators don’t work. Last year also they were not functioning and this year again

Truly charming hotel in the heart of Evanston. Walking distance to pretty much everything - shopping and restaurants a block or two away. However, I would stick around for their bar - their cocktails and unique and amazing. Loved the vibe of the hotel. Staff was generally friendly. And loved the front porch where you can enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon tea. Definitely will be back!

One of my favorites in Evanston.
However... fix the heat. Awfully cold on the 7th floor.
Very nice property but call ahead to see if the elevators are working. On this visit, 1 of 2 were in service.
