Euskirchen Hotels with Breakfast

這個小鎮好安靜，我一定還會再來的。這個酒店非常好，很安靜，裏面非常乾淨，沒有什麼特別的異味。地理位置也挺好的，打車非常方便，如果下次去還會定這家。

I did stay in this hotel many times before without issues. It looks that after a name change, and maybe under new management, they lost all sense of business ethic and can’t be trusted when comes to reservations. I arrived recently to this hotel with group of coworkers - all with confirmed bookings that we had made over a month earlier via FCM. Three of us did not get a room - they saw them in their system, but they did not protect enough available rooms to meet accepted bookings. We arrived relatively early - around 9PM. They sent us to some 3rd tier family hotel 7 miles away. Between three of us, we have around 70 years of work/travel experience, and none of us experienced situation like this before. Stay away from this “hotel”, they are extremely unprofessional and do not apply standard practices established by the hospitality industry.

Urig eingerichtete und sehr angenehm ausgestattete Zimmer, von denen ein jedes ein künstlerisches Unikat unter einem einzelnen Thema darstellt, laden zum Schwelgen, Betrachten und Genießen ein. Auf den Zimmer liegen immer Betthupferl (Markenware) für jeden Gast bereit, eine Tafel Schokolade (Markenware) sowie zwei Flaschen stilles Wasser. Das familiengeführte Unternehmen empfängt neue wie bekannte Gäste äußert freundlich, man ist stets um das Wohl des Gastes bemüht und wird zuvorkommend behandelt. Extrawünsche sowie kleinere und größere Anmerkungen werden aufmerksam aufgenommen, jedes noch so kleine Detail wird umgesetzt, um es dem Gast recht zu machen. Mitarbeiter*innen und auch die gesamte Inhaberfamilie, die im Hause vertreten ist, sind so freundlich, hilfsbereit und von der Art offen(-herzig), dass man sich zu Hause fühlt. Als regelmäßiger Gast wird man nach allen bereits genannten Vorstellungen, Ideen und Wünschen bedient, die man auch nur ansatzweise einmal genannt hatte, da man hier größten Wert auf die Zufriedenheit des Gastes legt. Ein für uns fast einzigartiger Service, der seinesgleichen sucht! Das Frühstück in Buffet-Form lässt keine Wünsche übrig und ist mehr als nur üppig, auch der Bistro-/Barbereich lässt auch keinerlei Kritik zu. Das fehlende Restaurant-Angebot abends wird durch sehr gute Empfehlungen der Inhaber zu Restaurants in der Umgebung ausgeglichen und trifft immer den Wunsch des Gastes, weil man ihm sehr genau zuhört. Alles in allem sind die Stunden dort immer wiederholungspflichtig (!), weil es so erholsam, so schön und angenehm ist. WIr kommen immer wieder gerne, um dem Alltagsstress zu entrinnen.😘
