You will love staying at Tom and Susan's B&B. They are attentive, friendly, very helpful and their breakfasts are the best we have had. We have stayed at B&Bs from New Hampshire to Vancouver. We will always stay with Ojo when we are in Eureka Springs.

Cabins are so cute. Great mattresses so comfortable. Very very clean. Didn’t know they had a hot tub so that was a really nice surprise. The breakfasts were outstanding. We went out for the day and we got back a bag of homemade cookies was hanging from the door. I totally enjoyed them and the complimentary bottled water. They had really nice coffee makers in the room much nicer than what you see in most hotels. I loved having real glass coffee mugs in the room. I would stay here again

The bed and room were very comfy! My dog loved the area surrounding it! Very close and walkable to everything. Trolly stop right outside the BandB- breakfast was delicious. Pillows were so fluffy!! I would recommend this place, because Susan and Tom were very inviting and sweet, easy to work with!

Great R&R at 5 Ojo Inn
Our stay at 5 Ojo Inn was amazing. Susan was so thoughtful providing umbrella as weekend forecast was rainy. Our bed was so comfy, both breakfasts were so yummy and cookies left on our door knob in the late afternoon was much appreciated after exploring downtown of Eureka Springs. Highly recommended to stay with 5 Ojo!!

Such a wonderful experience. Super comfy beds and pillows in huge spacious rooms. Very clean, very private. Wake up to a new and different fresh homemade breakfast every morning, come back to homemade cookies every afternoon. Susan was great - friendly, helpful and sweet. The B&B is located within walking distance to town but outside of the hustle and bustle. There's plenty of parking on site. Our rooms were peaceful and quiet and had nice views. There's a hot tub on site that we didnt get a chance to use but looked like a really nice way to relax
