I just transferred at Dallas Airport and stayed overnight. There were many hotels around the airport, so I chose this one. Many of the reviews on Ctrip are English reviews from external websites. There are many negative reviews and low ratings. I went to Bookings to check, and the rating of this hotel is over 8, which is not inferior to the nearby big hotels. It costs 500-600 yuan to stay in the United States a night. The hotel comes with a free airport shuttle bus and includes breakfast for 2 people, which is enough. In fact, the hotel is a bit old, but the health and service are very good, not as bad as some foreigners' reviews. The shuttle minibus to the airport leaves on the hour, but the flight schedule from the airport to the hotel is not fixed. You need to call the hotel front desk after getting off the plane and tell her which passenger terminal you are in so that the driver can shuttle between several passenger terminals. I'll take you with me. DF/W Airport actually has several passenger terminals ABCDEF, and you need to take a small train between the buildings. There is a parking area for taxis to pick up the airport on the ground floor of each passenger terminal building. Great staff!!!! Easy check in. Clean room!! Nice breakfast. Comfy bed. Safe property. Great water pressure in the shower. Nice hot tub and pool. Great air conditioning.
CONS
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE PARKING. Not enough parking for this property and the one next door. Both share the same parking lot. These are not big hotels but I drove around 20 minutes before seeing a car pulling out and ended up parking on the other side of the hotel next door. Maybe during the week it’s fine but on the weekend it is the worst. The parking lot is well lit. TV remote was hard to use but the tv picture was nice.

The hotel offers cribs which was nice. Unfortunately the pool was closed when my family and I were there. The room was twice the size of a regular hotel with 2 queens. The shower could be cleaner. Also if you want HOT water and not just like warm you may want to wait till 1 am to shower or shower before you think everyone else is.

The only thing I was disappointed in was the parking. There was no parking available once we came in at about 11:00 pm had to jump the curvy to park in a grass field located in front of the hotel. Just giving a suggestion make the lot in front of the hotel parking lot.

Best trip
Place was clean and all employees was very friendly. I had no complaints. I have stayed at hotels for days and housekeeping never comes and ask do you need anything but here they checked at least every other day and I stayed for 5 days
