Holiday Inn Express & Suites Eugene Downtown - University Reviews

This is my favorite hotel in Eugene.

Nice little spot for a quick get away. Indoor pool was a plus. Breakfast was good to.

There are supermarkets and Chinese restaurants next to it, and parking and transportation are very convenient.

It's okay to live in drought, and the indoor hygiene is clean and tidy!

Hotel was great for walking to the downtown area and the room amenities excellent such as plates, utensils, and cups

Near the University of Oregon and good dining options. Conveniently close to the freeway, but far enough away so there’s no freeway noise.

The room itself was great. Good bed, good pillows, clean bathroom. Staff was friendly. Nice breakfast in the morning. We were on the side of the Dutch Bros coffee and were awoken to their delivery which was to a shed right outside our window. Loud and annoying. Had that not happened, would have no complaints.

You can hear conversations, door slams, everything between rooms. In our case, they had people coming and going all through the night so we did not sleep.

Loved the pool and hot tub. All the staff were awesome helpful and we have no complaints

The front desk people were very polite, friendly and helpful! The check in process was surprisingly efficient and fast. This is my second stay here in the past year. However, I have found the noise was my main disturbing factor this time. My suite was overlooking the student residense parkade and the main noise was from the water sewage metal grill or cover the cars were riding over. Also the sound proofing was horrible. Someone from late check in was stomping hard while walking in there suite upstairs at 2 am. Also, as they were taking shower I could hear everything. In general, the windows are of poor sound proof quality. Therefore my night was destroyed. I will definetely consider it for my stay next time.

Excellent location for checking out Eugene & U of O. Delicious breakfast options & loved the Grab & Go. Beds were very comfortable, parking was easy & staff was friendly & helpful.

Made a one-night stop heading home. Good reviews lead me to stay here. Service, my room, and breakfast exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend this wonderful hotel!
