The reception was kind of rude from the beginning but he wasn't understanding what I was saying so once I told him no my 5 kids wasn't staying in a king size bed with me and my husband he came around a little bit then he was like well how would I know the kids not there and I told him he can come check himself around 9:30 my kids ride will be there at 9:15. But I don't see what the problem was cause what if I couldn't afford the 2 queen size bed room was he just gonna put us out. That's wrong if so but my kids didn't stay anyways they went else where

Went for Daughters graduation from Andrews College, The A/c was not working well. We had 3 in room only giving 2 towels.

It was sufficient, clean and kind. If I stay in Eufaula, I'd pick it again but the breakfast had no protein. Only one ice machine worked and my sister's TV didn't work in her room. The green pool...it's getting hot out. Let's clean that up....

It was ok for the most part but they could do alot better job cleaning the rooms like the fact there was a 22.cal bullet shell under the bed!

The swimming pool was green, the ice machine was not working, there was a big gap in the front door when closed. Not at all what the pictures showed online!

Seemed clean until I spilled a little water on the floor and wiped it up and looked like floor hasn’t been mopped in a while !

The pool looked like a swamp, there was trash on the steps, the manage was rude and snapped at me when i complained about the pool

When booking the room it shows pictures of a blue swimmable pool. After checking in my kids went to the pool and quickly realized the condition of the pool. No swimming for the kids
