Very simple interior, there are no sofas to relax in the lobby, and what is there should be thrown away, everything is worn out, looks old, breakfasts are bad, cheap cheese, no choice of meat dishes, only sausage. Not tasty. Very strange for 5 stars, it is obvious that they save on everything. We went specifically to a 4 and 3 star hotel, they look better inside than in a 5 star hotel. Does not correspond to what was stated in any way

We had a wonderful stay at Radisson Hotel Rosa Khutor! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and taken care of. The room was cozy and perfect for a romantic getaway, with beautiful views and all the comforts we needed. The service was impeccable, and we truly appreciated the attention to detail. My girlfriend loved all of it. We can’t wait to come back for another stay!

Actually, I stayed with them for the first time since my preferred choice had usually been Sochi Marriott. My November debut was not problem-free but in the end of the day it went quite smoothly. There was some helter-skelter with my check-in (they had to change my room due to small construction debris - yes! - floating in a toilet bowl) but after that I witnessed no cock-ups. The (second) room was quiet and with a nice mountain view, the bed was comfortable, breakfast was lavish and their staff worked professionally. One should note that the hotel does not have its own parking lot. This function is outsourced and guests either have to turn to a valet or walk some ten minutes to the place their cars nestle. It's not a big thing, however, since their valets are really helpful. To make the long story short - still recommended. A competitor to Marriott to be reckoned with.

There is the best place for vacation in this area. Short distance to any place of this marvellous area. Great views! Perfect bad and linen! Delicious food and of course courteous, polite and kind personal during all time of stay there.

Шикарный отель и сервис. Удобные матрасы и подушки, красивый вид из окна! Так же хочу отметить дружелюбный и приветливый персонал, всегда встретят с улыбкой и быстро оформят заселение! Большой плюс , что есть спа на 7 этаже , так ещё и с террасой и видом на горы, лежишь в теплой джакузи и любуешься Всем рекомендую

ыбрали этот отель в качестве «свадебного путешествия». Выбрали номер с балконом, с видом на горы, которых толком видно не было! Номер отвратительный, старый, с катышками на одеяле! Грязные шторы и неприятный запах сырости. Заселились в обед, но нас не предупредили что жить мы будем не одни! к вечеру вернувшись с прогулки, обнаружили пару клопов. Обратившись на ресепшен, сказали что это нормально!!! Клопов убрали и убедили что их больше не будет! Спустя 10 минут клопы появились снова. После чего, снова обратились на ресепшен с проблемой, что в номере опять появились клопы. Мы задали вопрос «мы так и будем жить 3 дня с клопами?» мне ответили «да» я сказала «спасибо» мне ответили «пожалуйста»!!!! После чего, к нам снова пришла горничная с пылесосом и начала пылесосить клопов по всему номеру. Спустя 10 минут ситуация повторилась! Нервы были на пределе! Отпуск был испорчен! Мы собрали вещи, спустились на ресепшен, где была уже другая девушка, которой мы обьяснили ситуацию, она вошла в наше положение и вернула деньги за все дни. После чего мы уехали из этого клоповника!!!

Стабильно один из лучших (если не лучший по сумме всех слагаемых) отель в Роза долине, да и на всем курорте. Оправдывает свои 5 звезд по всем параметрам: расположение, номера персонал, ресторан и спа. Максимально отзывчивый ресепшн, можно только поблагодарить за работу (а также за ранний заезд/поздний выезд). В качестве вишенки на торте - открытый джакузи на крыше с видом на склон и подъемники. 5 баллов из 5 возможных.
