Very simple interior, there are no sofas to relax in the lobby, and what is there should be thrown away, everything is worn out, looks old, breakfasts are bad, cheap cheese, no choice of meat dishes, only sausage. Not tasty. Very strange for 5 stars, it is obvious that they save on everything. We went specifically to a 4 and 3 star hotel, they look better inside than in a 5 star hotel. Does not correspond to what was stated in any way

We had a wonderful stay at Radisson Hotel Rosa Khutor! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and taken care of. The room was cozy and perfect for a romantic getaway, with beautiful views and all the comforts we needed. The service was impeccable, and we truly appreciated the attention to detail. My girlfriend loved all of it. We can’t wait to come back for another stay!

Actually, I stayed with them for the first time since my preferred choice had usually been Sochi Marriott. My November debut was not problem-free but in the end of the day it went quite smoothly. There was some helter-skelter with my check-in (they had to change my room due to small construction debris - yes! - floating in a toilet bowl) but after that I witnessed no cock-ups. The (second) room was quiet and with a nice mountain view, the bed was comfortable, breakfast was lavish and their staff worked professionally. One should note that the hotel does not have its own parking lot. This function is outsourced and guests either have to turn to a valet or walk some ten minutes to the place their cars nestle. It's not a big thing, however, since their valets are really helpful. To make the long story short - still recommended. A competitor to Marriott to be reckoned with.

There is the best place for vacation in this area. Short distance to any place of this marvellous area. Great views! Perfect bad and linen! Delicious food and of course courteous, polite and kind personal during all time of stay there.

Good hotel! Everything is always great! Only the warmest and most pleasant memories are associated with the hotel! Nice and helpful staff. Clean rooms with everything you need. Sauna and jacuzzi on the roof. Good buffet for breakfast! We will come back many, many times!

Yes, this is simply the best hotel in Rosa. No compromises. Service, cleanliness, breakfasts, staff, cuisine - everything is top notch. And in general - Radissons in Russia are not Radissons in Europe. In short - if you are in Rosa and have a little money, then only go to Radisson. They will even take you to the ski lift!
