The carpet is stained, the walls and slopes are worn out. There is an orphaned curtain hanging in the shower. 2. This morning there was no hot water. Until 11 am for sure. I called the reception several times: first they promised to send a plumber:)) I waited for about twenty minutes in anticipation, then after the second call it turned out that there was no hot water in the entire hotel. At the same time, no one told me that I did not need to wait for a plumber, they did not even offer some basic apologies for the inconvenience. I had hoped for a free breakfast, but the girls held firm - not a penny to the enemy, everything to the shareholders: they said that there was no water in the entire hotel! Apparently, I should chip in to the owners to update the water supply system:))) what kind of compliment from the hotel is this. In general, trash. 3. They don't turn on warm air in the ski room to dry things. They say they'll dry themselves. 4. There's no loyalty program. Come or don't come, no one will do any upgrades. In general, business has become the Russian way. It's a pity that what was once a good chain hotel is turning into a "grab here and now" project. But there are good alternative options nearby.
