Pros: Perfect location, just 20 meters from ski room to the lift, also access to night (7 to 10 pm skiing), ski passes available at reception. Room was spacious and clean, well equipped. Selection of 10 pillows, from ortho to herbal offered free of charge. Very friendly and helpful staff on reception, in restaurant and cleaning. Really well equipped medical center on first two floors on the hotel with focus on physiotherapist. I took 4 anti allergic baths and 4 mud treatments for my junctions and was charged only 120 euro for all. Cons: Pool area is too crowdy and noisy to relax. Food is quite average, choice is poor and lines are not properly organised.

Отель -это просто лучшее место в горах для полной перезагрузки и физически и морально были в прошлом году и есть с чем сравнить, мне кажется они стали намного лучше! Спасибо что не теряете марку: качество уборки, сервиса, питания и услуг как всегда на высоте, поэтому хочется возвращаться снова. Даже есть возникают какие-то нюансы и проблемы, то сотрудники их решают моментально, а это важно для качественного отдыха. Спасибо вашим сотрудникам, так держать! А виды вокруг-это отдельная тема для восхищения)

Наша семья не впервые останавливается в этом отеле. Нам все здесь очень нравится: питание, проживание, приветливые работники отеля, минеральная вода в холле, процедуры, расположение в горах, подъёмники рядом. С удовольствием приедем ещё.

В этом отеле уже второй раз и обслуживание, кажется, стало еще лучше (хотя куда уж лучше)! Обязательно приеду еще и на подольше. Вкусная еда, качественные красивые номера, уборка, приветливый персонал, отличная спа-зона. Все что нужно для отличного отдыха

С удовольствием возвращаемся в этот отель второй раз! Очень нравится расположение в горах, комфортные номера для проживания, гостеприимный персонал. В этот раз расширили номер в качестве комплимента, если номера свободны всегда в качестве комплимента могут продлить номер на пару часов, когда приходит время выезжать. Рядом есть магазины, рестораны, интересный досуг

Безумно классный отдых получился на выходных. Остановились мы в Rosa Springs. Нас встретили, как старых друзей после долгой разлуки: нас ждали, нам рады. Мы остановились в номере на 7 этаже с чудесным видом на горы. Номер наполнен свежестью и домашним уютом, В комнате и ванной есть все, что может понадобится, ничего не надо везти с собой. Это так удобно…Большая кровать и я бы сказала сэт из подушек, выбирай на свой вкус. Большой телевизор, холодильник. В ванной очень удобное расположение душевой кабинки, раковины и унитаза, все очень эргономично. А как чудесно пахнет мандаринками шампунь и гель для душа. Такие мелочи создают условия для отдыха. А еще очень хочется поделиться впечатлением от посещения термальной зоны. Мы с мужем очень любим баньки, сауны… мы были в восторге и очень много времени провели в спа: травяная сауна, финская сауна, хамам…В бассейне можно не только поплавать, но и сделать подводный массаж. И все эти чудные локации объединяют дорожки, выложенные натуральными камушками. После водных процедур было приятно посидеть на тепленькой лавочке, попивая травяной чай! Восторг!!! Да, еще ресторан. Вид на горы шикарный. Мы были удивлены количеством и разнообразием блюд. И как же все вкусно!!! Увезла из ресторана идею делать супы-пюре не на сливках, а на кокосовом молоке… попробуйте! Единственный минус - у нас было мало мало времени насладиться этим великолепием, одни выходные…. Но мы обязательно вернемся

Очень классное место, в качестве комплимента улучшили наш номер до люкса, что было весьма приятно и неожиданно. Однако и в номерах стандартных там прибывать весьма комфортно. Вкусная еда, близкое расположение к горам, современная атмосфера отеля позволили полностью погрузиться в отпуск. В самом отеле мы воспользовались санаторной программой: врач хорошо подобрала процедуры под запросы по имеющимся анализам и заключениям врачей. Так же мы воспользовались предложенным досугом от отеля: тренировки и мероприятия, все довольно интересно. Так же у отеля есть уютный и чистый бассейн, хамам, сауна травяная и обычная.
