I liked the hotel. Very clean. The location is super, I chose it because of the location. Polite and friendly staff. The breakfasts are unusual, you definitely won't leave hungry)

This is my favorite hotel in Krasnaya Polyana, we stayed there not for the first time. This time we booked two rooms. My parents were delighted. All our wishes were met upon arrival. Very convenient location in the very center of the village. A gorgeous room with a view of the Marriott Hotel and the mountains. Very tasty breakfast at the hotel. We will return again next year.

Отдыхали в конце апреля 2025 года с детьми, отель 4 звезды полностью оправдывает свой статус!!! Удобное расположение, просторные чистые номера, вежливый и внимательный персонал, уборка в номерах ежедневно, бомбические завтраки, хороший спа с хаммамом , джакузи, бассейном и сауной. В следующий раз точно остановимся в vertex. 😍

4 раза посещали этот отель, прилетаем на майские праздники, берем 3 номера. Очень внимательный и приятный персонал, отличная уборка номеров, большие номера, интересные завтраки. В принципе не знаю к чему можно придраться. В декабре с супругой хотели прилететь вдвоем отметить ее день рождение, решил рассмотреть другие отели, но опять же выбор пал на Vertex.

Абсолютно не к чему придраться! Чудесный Отель. Чисто, аккуратно, приветливый персонал. Номер с видом на гору и балконом -восторг! Завтраки не большие, но всё очень вкусно! Ресторан, к сожалению, посетить не успели . Большое спасибо! Обязательно вернёмся в это место!

Отель очень хороший, не понимаю, почему звезды 4,а не 5? Всё блестит и на высшем уровне. Не дорого, наверно пока только открылись. В поляну, только сюда. Друзья, очень советую отель и Кафе на уровне. Есть веранда с кальянами.
