Mercure Rosa Khutor, we always buy rooms of a good category and with a view of the river, the Alice column in the room especially pleases the children. The bar is replenished every day, the room is clean, they clean every day, the rooms are very warm. We always visit SPA, massages, always wonderful, very good massage therapists and SPA procedures. The pool is wonderful, always clean, after visiting a lot of positive emotions for the whole family! At the reception, excellent service, all the staff, throughout the holiday! And the biggest disappointment, which during the second year since the hotel became Erbelia, no one has corrected. Disgusting breakfasts and dinners in January 2023, March 2023 and in January 2025, there are simply no words!!! Patience has run out, we will write reviews on all possible sources! Why is there no quality control of food ?! The most meager breakfasts, a complete disgrace! For a room costing 310,000₽, we simply could not have breakfast in accordance with the declared star rating of the hotel! How can the hotel management explain this to us?! January 2-9 is the peak season, there were always not enough plates for porridge at breakfast, although there are not many people, there are always empty tables. The porridge is the same and always tasteless, French fries are served separately at breakfast, the cook should at least try what they bring out to the guests, "wooden" fried until empty inside, "wooden" pancakes, you can't even cut them, pancakes!!!! Pancakes in principle should always be fresh, but they are served at least 2 days old, and also weathered, the edges are dry as crackers!! The Siblis restaurant in Rosa Khutor cannot position itself as a restaurant, a roadside spot somewhere in the forgotten wilderness! The second worst restaurant after the Park Inn by Radisson Rosa Khutor restaurant We couldn't even eat the order from the menu at the so-called "restaurant" Siblis, the neighboring table ordered dinner, and then got up and left. Please convey all the above information to the restaurant manager!

I chose according to the following parameters: proximity to the ski lifts, good rooms, beautiful view from the room window, good soundproofing of the room, good food, indoor pool at the hotel, ski room at the hotel, pleasant staff. This hotel met all parameters 100%. It combines pleasant relaxation and ski facilities. It's just some kind of miracle. 1. Reception. They greeted us with a smile, explained all the nuances of staying at the hotel in detail, quickly checked in, fulfilling all requests for accommodation. At the reception you can apply for a “rose bonus”, you can also buy ski passes, even discounted ones, pick up ski passes purchased online, you don’t have to stand in line at the ticket office. We had a question for accommodation manager Fatima. She kindly communicated with us on all issues. Thanks for the welcome. 2. Number. We lived in a standard room on the 4th floor with a view of the mountain. We were afraid that there would be noise from the road, but no, there was complete silence, we slept with the window open. The sound insulation in the hotel is excellent, we didn’t hear a single sound from the neighboring rooms or from the corridor. The room is very warm. The size and type of room correspond to the description on the hotel website. Spacious for 2 people. The width of the bed is 80 cm, they connected 2 beds into one very tightly, conveniently. The bed linen is of high quality. The TV is large, but we only watched views of the web cameras on the mountain, as there is an “Alice” station in the room, a good replacement for a TV with very high-quality sound. Great innovation, thank you. The bathroom is small, but everything is quite ergonomic and comfortable. The doors are glass, but the glass is frosted, everything is closed. The shower itself is very large, which was important for us, since my husband is tall. The drain in the middle of the shower did not cause any inconvenience. The shelf under the mirror and the size of the sink were also quite satisfactory (in the reviews they wrote that it was very inconvenient). Very high quality shower gel, shampoo, soap, thank you very much. Slippers, yes, complete garbage, I read about them in the reviews and took my own. Perhaps this is the only “disadvantage” of the room)). There are a sufficient number of cabinets, shelves and hangers. There is a safe, ironing board with iron, bar-fridge, tea station, replenished supplies of tea, coffee, sugar, water. They even found a robe for my husband because he was tall. Thank you. Room cleaning is good. 3.Spa. This is a separate type of pleasure on a ski holiday. A wonderful pool, quite large for swimming, warm, the depth of 130 cm did not bother even my tall husband, it was comfortable. There are 2 hammams with a comfortable temperature, good warming up after the ride. We didn’t visit the spa treatments, I hope we’ll catch up on our next trip. 4. Ski room. This is my dream. Exit from it by elevator, no stairs for you, super chic. There are separate lockers with shoe drying. A bit cramped, but they squeezed in 2 pairs of equipment. There are no closets for drying ski clothes. 5. Nutrition. We took breakfast buffet style. A very large selection: 2 porridges, red fish, sliced ​​sausages and meat, eggs in different types, vegetables, pickles, fruits. Tea, coffee from a coffee machine is very good

Previously, I vacationed with my family this spring at the Mercure Rosa Khutor Hotel. We went skiing. This time I decided to make a trip for a short vacation with my family in the summer. I was unable to book a hotel room through the Accor website. It showed that there were no available rooms, so I decided to call the Mercure Rosa Khutor Hotel directly. The hotel staff immediately helped me choose a room, type of accommodation, make a reservation and then pay. Everything turned out quickly and clearly. After a rather tiring flight from Moscow to Sochi and arriving at the hotel in the morning, we were immediately checked in. We were very pleasantly surprised by this surprise! For which special thanks go to the hotel managers! In addition, we were given a certificate for a choice of drinks in the hotel restaurant. We took advantage of them. When booking, you previously chose accommodation with breakfast. The buffet food in the restaurant is of a high standard and is suitable for the most discerning and demanding travelers. At the reception, the hotel staff helped us choose travel routes along mountain routes and pay immediately. I especially liked the availability of a daily transfer to the beaches of Sochi and back with a voucher for beach beds and sun loungers. I enjoyed using the hotel pool early in the morning to recharge my energy for the day. Summer holidays at the Rosa Khutor resort are no less interesting than in winter. Lots of greenery and the opportunity to get some sun while walking along the river embankment. The hotel staff show a high level of training and professionalism, for which special thanks to the hotel management! I would like to especially highlight and express my deep gratitude to the reception manager Albina. The holiday turned out to be favorable, blissful, with a combination of active recreation and a combination of relaxation and pleasure.

I stayed at this hotel in September 2023, I lived in a room alone. Apparently the hotel considers vacationers alone to be the most vulnerable and incapable of objections category of the population, so they put me in probably the worst room on the 4th floor - 421. In addition to the fact that it is standard small, the layout of the bathroom is inconvenient (at the entrance the door blocks the toilet) , there is a centralized hood (and this is a separate joke)! Imagine you live in a room, and in the corridor near your door they are constantly vacuuming, this is the sound that constantly accompanies your stay in room 421 from 7 am to 12 midnight. After I contacted the reception staff, I was told that there was no error and the hood was operating in standard mode, shock and anger acceptance. In the evening I was offered to move to another room -403, saying that it was already ready for me. I’m going to look - the room is ready for 3 people, which means that all the free space in the already small room is occupied by a dismantled sofa, that is, there is no free space left at all, and the hood we already know is present, although we can hear it less. In the end, I stayed in 421, and happily checked out after 2 nights. There is also, of course, a view of the road. I must say that there were also good things - for the first time I saw the Alice system in the room, it was very convenient. Plus good breakfast buffet. The location is pleasant, although on Rosa Khutor there probably couldn’t be anything else. The hotel also does not offer airport transfers. But there is a shuttle to the beach. The hammam and the pool are small, more than 5 people are no longer comfortable. So you will be lucky if you choose this hotel and they will put you in a room that is not adjacent to the runway, and you will be even luckier if you do not choose this hotel.

Посещаем этот отель очень давно. Из того что есть на Розе уверено он лучший! Отношение персонала просто супер ( что на рецепте что в ресторане, везде максимум уважения и желание сделать все что вы попросите. В номере при заезде были фрукты ( как постоянным гостям ), принесли на завтраке тортик , было день рождение !!!Завтрак четкие 5 баллов , вечером коктейли и вино ,просто молодцы . Некоторые обедали и ужинали тоже все понравилось , а нас было несколько семей. Помимо начала марта когда нам очень повезло с погодой и мы вдоволь накатались , приезжали в начале февраля и было очень тепло ,все почти растаяло , мы отдохнули 3 дня и решили сократить отдых и улетели в другое место , какого же было удивление когда нам вернули деньги ( тариф был не возвратный!!!). Из плюсов для лыжников: близость к подъемнику, ящик для лыж входит в стоимость , сауна и бассейн после горы просто необходимость . Скажу что наша компания рассматривает только этот отель для следующих приездов!!! Главное что бы держали так же марку!!!
