Для посещения оперы в горах, в рамках проходящего на Роза Хутор фестиваля классической музыки, решила остановиться в отеле Жрбелия. У отеля отличное местоположение, есть собственный бассейн. Мы приехали в отель в 14-30, номер был готов. На мой вкус, номер отличный. Не большой, но есть все необходимое, 2 кровати с великолепным постельным бельём, диванчик, стол, холодильник, кофемашинв, утюг, гладильная доска. Косметика для душа - нет слов, запахи и качество выше всяких похвал. В номере были тапочки, халаты, набор с зубному щетками. Если нужно что-то еще, по звонку на рецепшне все принесут. Завтрак великолепен, есть все и на любой вкус. У меня был день рождения и то, что отель поздравил меня сладким сюрпризом, было очень приятно. Зона бассейна чистая, светлая. Приятно окунуться в воду рано утром, до завтрака. На рецепшен можно купить трансфер до олимпийских объектов, где расположен пляж. Наличие билета на трансфер даёт возможность бесплатно пользоваться пляжем. В следующем году забронирую этот отель еще раз на несколько дней, что бы погулять в горах без суеты и толпы.

They greeted us with a smile, explained all the nuances of staying at the hotel in detail, quickly checked in, fulfilling all requests for accommodation. At the reception you can apply for a “rose bonus”, you can also buy ski passes, even discounted ones, pick up ski passes purchased online, you don’t have to stand in line at the ticket office. We had a question for accommodation manager Fatima. She kindly communicated with us on all issues. Thanks for the welcome. 2. Number. We lived in a standard room on the 4th floor with a view of the mountain. We were afraid that there would be noise from the road, but no, there was complete silence, we slept with the window open. The sound insulation in the hotel is excellent, we didn’t hear a single sound from the neighboring rooms or from the corridor. The room is very warm. The size and type of room correspond to the description on the hotel website. Spacious for 2 people. The width of the bed is 80 cm, they connected 2 beds into one very tightly, conveniently. The bed linen is of high quality. The TV is large, but we only watched views of the web cameras on the mountain, as there is an “Alice” station in the room, a good replacement for a TV with very high-quality sound. Great innovation, thank you. The bathroom is small, but everything is quite ergonomic and comfortable. The doors are glass, but the glass is frosted, everything is closed. The shower itself is very large, which was important for us, since my husband is tall. The drain in the middle of the shower did not cause any inconvenience. The shelf under the mirror and the size of the sink were also quite satisfactory (in the reviews they wrote that it was very inconvenient). Very high quality shower gel, shampoo, soap, thank you very much. Slippers, yes, complete garbage, I read about them in the reviews and took my own. Perhaps this is the only “disadvantage” of the room)). There are a sufficient number of cabinets, shelves and hangers. There is a safe, ironing board with iron, bar-fridge, tea station, replenished supplies of tea, coffee, sugar, water. They even found a robe for my husband because he was tall. Thank you. Room cleaning is good. 3.Spa. This is a separate type of pleasure on a ski holiday. A wonderful pool, quite large for swimming, warm, the depth of 130 cm did not bother even my tall husband, it was comfortable. There are 2 hammams with a comfortable temperature, good warming up after the ride. We didn’t visit the spa treatments, I hope we’ll catch up on our next trip. 4. Ski room. This is my dream. Exit from it by elevator, no stairs for you, super chic. There are separate lockers with shoe drying. A bit cramped, but they squeezed in 2 pairs of equipment. There are no closets for drying ski clothes. 5. Nutrition. We took breakfast buffet style. A very large selection: 2 porridges, red fish, sliced ​​sausages and meat, eggs in different types, vegetables, pickles, fruits. Tea, coffee from a coffee machine is very good
