Apartments Valset Sport from AZIMUT is a building of modern apartments located in the central part of the lower base of the Rosa Khutor resort.
Near the Sports building (2) there are the central Rose Square, a recreation area on the lake, the Olympia and Strela ski lifts. As well as a children's playground, restaurants, shops.
Apartments Valset offer a wide selection of rooms in different price categories: from compact rooms in which the sleeping area is combined with a living room and kitchen area, to spacious two-level three-room apartments. There are excellent accommodation options for both single guests and large groups.
The apartments have: comfortable beds and upholstered furniture; modern bathroom with shower or shower cabin, set of towels; spacious wardrobe; modern, fully equipped kitchen, including household appliances and kitchen utensils; ironing board and iron; satellite television; free Wi-Fi; balcony overlooking the mountains. We accommodate children under 12 years old in rooms with parents without additional bed. A baby cot is available for children under 3 years old (upon request, subject to availability on the day of arrival).
Hotel guests are provided with cleaning services, dry cleaning and laundry services. The front desk is available 24 hours a day to resolve any questions.

Все бы ничего, но подпортило впечатление тот факт, что заселили нас на час позже, чем положено по регламенту, с таким я сталкиваюсь первый раз, межсезонье к тому же!

Азимут понятно почему с апреля 2025-го года отказался продолжать быть оператором комплекса: всё с олимпиады ушаталось очень заметно (и ремонт, и мебель и сантехника), требовался большой объем инвестиций для реновации апартаментов и теперь остатки просто отжимаются новым оператором (опущу наименование). Кровать скрипит, бельё и постельные принадлежности как в пионерском лагере. Электрика очень печальная: светильник в ванной вот-вот вывалится из подвесного потолка, который, очевидно, не одно Рождество обстреливался пробками шампанского. На столе - прожженые тарелками круги, ламинация с мебели всюду отходит, сантехника неаккуратно инсталлирована, полотенцесушитель неопрятный и не греет вообще... Шампуня, зубной пасты не предлагается. Мыло закончилось в день заселения... Нет, я не привередничаю: даже в текущем виде для условной Костромы это было бы вполне нормально: большая площадь студии, отличная идея планировки и обустройства. Да и ценник на лето для локации весьма демократичен... Но это не уровень для Розы Хутора с её контингентом и ожиданиями клиентов.

Дата проживания: с 9 по 21 марта, 2025 Разочарован проживанием в Azimut Valset. Ночью отключили воду, и что хуже — разбудили нас среди ночи, чтобы проверить, не у нас ли течь. Утром ситуация не изменилась — воды так и не появилось, объявления об этом нигде нет, на звонки отель не отвечает, а на ресепшене никого нет. Сотрудник просто прячется в служебном помещении вместо того, чтобы объяснить ситуацию гостям. Менеджмент не работает над устранением проблемы, ссылаясь на начало рабочего дня в 8 утра. Это возмутительно. В туалет даже сходить невозможно! Такой уровень сервиса для отеля недопустим. Полное отсутствие информации, равнодушие персонала и игнорирование гостей — крайне неприятный опыт, который испортил впечатление о поездке.

Рекомендуем данный отель. Очень остались довольны. Обслуживание на высоком уровне. Доступность отеля, персонал вежлив и тактичен. Планируем вернуться вновь в этот отель. Находится рядом с Ратушей, в центре курорта. Неподалеку есть платная парковка.

Довольно простенькие апартаменты, но всё нужное есть. Если вы ленивый, то можно докупить завтраки дополнительно. Персонал отзывчивый и вежливый. Единственное сделать бы лёгкий косметический ремонт в номерах и будет вообще замечательно.

Всё замечательно - номер, сервис, место. Все вопросы решали оперативно. На кухне в номере есть всё необходимое. Удобные кровати, подушки. Отличное расположение отеля. Приехали на машине, очень удобный паркинг с хорошей скидкой для постояльцев. Порадовали скидки на канатную дорогу и прочие развлечения Розы Хутор. Предоставили по просьбе бесплатный поздний выезд.
