Hemos estado muy bien atendidos, la habitación está muy bien con vistas a la calle principal y montañas, el desayuno normal dentro de lo que cabe, como nota negativa el parking te entra con la habitación pero la última noche me hicieron sacar el coche que había unos camiones que tenían que aparcar y cubrían la mitad del parking, pero bueno quitando esto, hemos pasado una estancia de 10, ahhh la cama es supercomoda

Todo empezó con la reserva el día 20 de octubre. Para no molestar y llamar por tlf, al ver que tienen Whatsapp lo hago a través de ésta plataforma. Me piden mail. Y me dicen que el día 29 harán la reserva, que antes no, que están de vacaciones. Y me dejan 9 días en el aire para concretar mi circuito de vacaciones. El día 28 "por si las moscas" les hago otra vez un recordatorio y una actualización de fechas. Y no me contestan. Además de que ellos borran sus comentarios en el chat que tenemos mutuamente. El lunes 30, simpáticamente, les vuelvo a escribir, lo leen por que sale como leído, y aún a fecha 4 de noviembre, no me han ni contestado ni reservado nada. Es una muy pésima atención al cliente. Les he mandado mail, también a través de su web. Y absolutamente he recibido NADA a cambio. Nada. ...es demasiado triste cómo para una simple atención al cliente que te digan que sí o que no o lo que sea, pero te dejan al aire más de 2 semanas, y estoy organizándome las vacaciones.

Nos lo pasamos genial esquiando y el hostal una mararavilla, como el pueblo. Llevamos más de 20 años repitiendo y es nuestro lugar favorito para disfrutar de la montaña. Cómo, céntrico, agradabe y siempre te resuelven cualquier problema.

Muy mal gestionado, desordenado, sucio y ruidoso. Las paredes deben ser muy finas porque se oye todo. La limpieza deja mucho que desear y los somieres o al menos el que nos tocó pide a gritos una jubilación. Las sábanas olían mucho como a lejía (no conocen el suavizante?) A parte super ásperas. El desayuno.. madre mía, todo una experiencia!! Cereales mustios, pan reseco, embutido frío pero frío de verdad. Super sucio el bufete y faltaba de todo. Para haber pedido la hoja de reclamación pero no queríamos arruinar el viaje con discusiones y demás. Si pudiera puntuar -1 lo haría!!!
