Property Needs Updating
The property needs significant updating. Cracked Sink needs to be replaced. Carpet bunched up in places. Needs grab bar in shower. Phone did not work. No way to get wake up call. Curtains don't block out all light. Sofa worn in places.

Manager was extremely helpful in assisting with carrying bags to car when a cart was not available.

This is such a run down property. The carpet had so many stains, it was buckling up, and you can tell it has not been cleaned in forever. If you have allergies stay away from this place. The rooms had that carpets in it too. The block pillows were so uncomfortable. Will not stay here again.

Front desk staff was friendly. Room is a good size with separate sitting area. Bathroom was very small. The website advertises all-day small bites and bar service, but when we inquired about getting some food, the person at the desk said they were short-handed and the kitchen was closed. Pool area looked nice. Free breakfast was as expected but featured NO eggs. Too expensive?

Everthing was amazing - they just need new pillows (or bring your own). I tried 3 different pillows but they were all hard and lumpy. Other than that this place was wonderful.
