Main level living/dining/kitchen area with large windows facing the lake. Well supplied kitchen. Sleeps 12+.The loft overlooks the living area looking directly out to the lake. Laundry on site. Grill on site, covered outdoor patio. Two car heated garage LocatedGreat Fishing! Boat launch is easily accessible on lake. Private dock with many water activities to partake in. Paddleboards, water trampoline, rope swing, and Mission mat all available to renters for added non-motorized water activities. Bachelorette/bridal get away Thank you for sharing your home with us. This was a great time making memories for my daughter and her bridal party. The local people were super friendly. We enjoyed the big garage area playing games and hanging out. The kitchen and coffee bar were a big hit. Loved that everyone had a little privacy with the bed rooms. And there were plenty of bathroom space for the 10 of us gals. Only thing I would change is the time of year we stayed. All of us wanted to use the rope swing but it was just to darn cold. Springtime was still fun, but summer on the river would definitely be worth coming back.Oh and the girls didn’t like the lady bugs all over the floors and ceiling. A spectacular gem for all family members! Our family stayed here for the Christmas holiday and it was an amazing time. The property is new, spacious, clean, modern with a cozy feel and offers privacy for outdoor fun. We have stayed many places and the Codax Retreat by far is one of the BEST places we have stayed at. We would highly recommend staying here for anyone looking for comfort and optimal fun with their family. :-)
