The bad: This hotel is far more dated than the photos portray; nothing new, but frustrating, all the same. We booked the entire hotel, and everyone of us were required to sleep with our windows open, for the rooms were unbearably hot, and the climate could not be controlled. It is an extremely noisy environment within; you can hear all doors slamming (only way to get them to close) throughout the entire floor. Although listed as an amenity, the paid laundry service does not exist. This was a huge inconvenience for us all. The (real) good: The staff are amazing; patient, dutiful, ultra-friendly. Rooms are cleaned well every day. Breakfast was good; coffee even better. We all loved grabbing a beer from the front desk each night upon return.
