The hotel is located in a small village and closed to the ocean. You can walk to the harbor in about 10 minutes. The owner has a restaurant in the corner. In case no one in the front desk, you may walk to the restaurant and ask for the keys.

The bad: This hotel is far more dated than the photos portray; nothing new, but frustrating, all the same. We booked the entire hotel, and everyone of us were required to sleep with our windows open, for the rooms were unbearably hot, and the climate could not be controlled. It is an extremely noisy environment within; you can hear all doors slamming (only way to get them to close) throughout the entire floor. Although listed as an amenity, the paid laundry service does not exist. This was a huge inconvenience for us all. The (real) good: The staff are amazing; patient, dutiful, ultra-friendly. Rooms are cleaned well every day. Breakfast was good; coffee even better. We all loved grabbing a beer from the front desk each night upon return.

The Hotel location is the best in town, very central and yet with easy access to get out of the town, All the restaurants, bars, shops and gelaterias all with I n walking distance. Excellent service Stylish decoration and comfortable rooms and It have the best restaurant in the area; the INCALMO.

The attitude at the reception was not positive at all when leaving. The lady working at the reception the 13th of July around noon was very unfriendly with us after we left one hour and 10 min after check-out time. We had to pay 20 euro extra for 1 hour and 10min. The 10 extra minutes were counted like two hours and no discussion possible. It is a pity that such a charming hotel has such stiff people working there. Not only she couldn't speak any other language then Italian, she was not client- oriented at all.

Room tidy and clean. The staff at the reception is friendly and polite. Great place to stay and my recommendation if you need a quiet and clean overnight stay. Position of the Hotel also nice, a bit out of town and yet everything is at close enough.

Ottimo albergo un po' invecchiato nei dettagli, ma in posizione perfetta per visitare Este ed i Colli Euganei. Colazione abbondante e di qualità soprattutto le torte buonissime. Personale cortese e molto disponibile. Parcheggio interno comodo e vista sul Castello con parco. Adeguato e non eccessivo il costo

Posizione strategica per chi vuole visitare i colli euganei, e davanti al bellissimo castello di Este. Personale cordiale, buona la colazione e curata la pulizia. Complessivamente buon rapporto qualità/ prezzo. Unico consiglio cambierei le porte delle camere.

Ottima esperienza all’Hotel Beatrice. La location è ideale a Este, suggestiva di fronte al castello, facilmente raggiungibile la piazza centrale (a piedi). Staff sempre estremamente gentile e disponibile per tutte le necessità. Camere ottime, spaziose e pulite. Colazione a buffet con ampia scelta e per tutti i gusti, dolce e salato. Siamo stati 4 giorni e ci siamo trovati benissimo, torneremo sicuramente. Altamente consigliato!
