Reception staff needs more training in customer relation in hospitality industry. The attitude is like they are underpaid government employees . I checked in on Nov 2, Sunday at 3pm

Super old.
Dangerous area.
Not clear. See the towels. Very old and dirty
I arrived there 14.30pm. They ask me to wait until 3pm. The Other couple arrived at 10am. They said checkin time is 3pm. They have available rooms now. But need follow the rules. 3pm check-in rules. If you want to checkin early. Have to book yesterday room. Pay additional one day. Really a good rules!!
If you want to early check-in. Never book this hotel. (even though they have room available. They Won't Let you check-in. Have to wait until 3pm)

Great stay. But far from the attractions but the subway station is nearby and can get you there in 30 mins to most attractions. Simple breakfast but not sure if it was subtle racism as I was the only one asked for my room key at breakfast. Skipped breakfast many days because it’s usually the same everyday. 3 hours before check out electricity went off in the room. Not sure why. Checked out before time. Staff said he wasn’t sure what happened. Anyways, for the price it was a good stay. Usually very busy on weekends as it’s close to the bus station.

Great location by the central train station and metro line. The staff was very helpful and the room very comfortable. I highly recommend Nobile Hotel Estacion Central.

Hotel is good with a nice breakfast. Be nice if they changed the breakfast a bit daily though.
