We stayed as a family for 2 nights. Walking distance (8 minutes) to the town square with the Christmas markets. You can walk to the train and bus station. We timed it without bags, and it was just over 1 kilometer and took 10 minutes walk. Would be slightly more with bags. Breakfast was good and the staff very friendly and helpful. Would go back.

I stayed 6 nights here while visiting a friend who lives here. I cannot overstate how nice all staff were. I liked the room too, very comfortable bed. It had a lift area and I recommend getting a room with a third bed in the loft, it allows one or two to spread out if traveling and need space. They have a good breakfast buffet too that is included. Pastries, eggs, salmon, sausages, cheeses, and fruit. They also have a good laundry service and there is a good Italian restaurant located in the same building that is excellent. This is located in a quiet area about a 12 minute nite walk to the Esslingen market place and Kessler. I will definitely stay here when back again!

We needed this to be ok… Clean room at first sight but upon using sanitising wipes as a Covid precaution the dirt that came off things was visible. Non smoking room smelt badly of smoke. Bed linens - under sheet was a rough jersey and pillows and duvet covers where very old and dark yellow and smelt of cigarettes and sweat which to a tired traveller was disgusting. The toilet was rectangular and the toilet seat round. We couldn’t wait to check out and find a decent hotel to recover and rest;
