This is the Mrs.I would like to visit this property more often as it is very convenient for my purpose, which I will frequent more often throughout the year. However, these are the issues that I experienced while there.
1. Check-in: I had to wait almost 30 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. Meanwhile, there were 2 people ahead of me.
2. I called the front desk to ask to see if they had extra blankets. The employee stated that they did and he will bring it up. Never brought the blanket nor did he call and state otherwise.
This also shows how the hotel need to hire more staff,
and/or re-train on attentive/ professionalism of their guests.
The hotel itself was very nice, clean and spacious. I would love to revisit this property because of the cleanliness and space of the room, the convenience of the location and plenty of parking. Thank you

Our 1 night stay at this hotel went fine. Check in and out was easy and the breakfast the next morning was filling and adequate. Our room did smell funny though, quite fishy the next morning when we came back from breakfast, think it was the heating unit in the room. We would stay here again but hopefully in a fresher smelling room.

At 5:30am someone opened my door. I said who is there, they said sorry front desk and left. Have know idea why they would come on my room. From now on I will always use the dead bolt and the security lock at the top. The person. At the front desk when I checked out was busy and I was in a rush so didn't get ask what the hell that was all about.

Front desk wanted me to pay a $25.00 early check in fee.
My room was ready but I was an hour early for check in.

It wasn't a great stay. The customer service wasn't good. I didn't feel like there was much of a welcoming spirit. And the breakfast was lack luster. The breakfast and overall stay in general paled in comparison to The Comfort Inn that I visited a few months ago. And I think those two hotels should be comparable.
