The hotel location is excellent, right next to the train station. However I had to change 3 rooms as the heating wasn't working properly and there were no staff to attend so I had to keep going up and down to reception to take photos and show them. Also no kettle in the room or complimentary coffee. I was told these were only offered to 'executive' bookings, which is very disappointing as this is pretty much expected these days. Other than that the hotel was fine: clean, safe, spacious, not noisy.

The hotel is divided into two buildings. One time the hotel with reception and then on the other side of the street only one building with rooms. We learned when checking in that we should go to the other side of the street and up in the fourth floor. Without hiss, I have vetoed because I don't get in the fourth floor with luggage because of a defect knee. The rooms are well furnished also a little away from the typical room. My room had separate toilet and shower, very pleasant.
