No any tea, coffee and mug inside the room; the reception lady is quite cold to refuse to check in at 12:00 inspite I discussed with her politely, just repeated to check at 15:00 ; the worst thing is I cant park my car inside the hotel garage or parking lots, but in the public one, then I need walk 10 minutes to take my heavy luggages... Room is quite small too Honest to say, the breakfast is quite good

i enjoyed my stay here immensely, the staff were helpful, they gave me a late check in due to travel arrangements & also provided iron & ironing board when I requested it. I would have liked to see milk for the coffee available in my room, & at times the property behind was a little loud. but still an excellent stay

The room is very good, convenient to stay, complete facilities, clean and tidy, and there is a small kitchen to make some simple food!

The waiters are polarized in the two episodes, either extremely enthusiastic or extremely indifferent. The underground parking lot was not extremely crowded, but the charging stations were all broken (the attendant said they sometimes worked and sometimes didn't), which is very consistent with the style of Germany - unreliable.

The hotel was close to the train station. It took about 5 minutes to walk from the hotel to train station, which was quite convenient.

I have stayed at this hotel for many times. I think it is one of the best hotels in Essen. It is cost-effective, the hotel is clean and comfortable, the bed is particularly comfortable, the location is also very good, especially the rich breakfast.

Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe der U-Bahn Station Bismarckplatz; wenn man Glück hat bekommt man einen Parkplatz an der Kruppstrasse. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte alles was man braucht, das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und hatte eine kleine Küchenzeile. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter.

Located in the center of Essen, next to the Christmas market and not far away from a pork knuckle shop, the hotel is very spacious and clean. The lobby also provides some drinks and desserts, as well as a bar.
