"Very good, the location is in the city center, very good, very original, and very clean. Did not eat breakfast, there are pancakes and fruits nearby. There is a parking lot, but you need to check in before 11 o'clock, or no one at the front desk can check in and can’t park the car"

"Environment: Very good, just next to the exhibition hall, the first choice for exhibitors.
Facilities: You think there should be not necessarily here, such as disposable items such as toothpaste, toothbrush and slippers are all to ask to provide you, but fortunately I have my own.
The catering service is very general, it is better to eat outside.
Behind is a paid park park with beautiful scenery.
Service: The hotel should have a standard, there is nothing to complain about."

"The rooms are well furnished also a little away from the typical room. My room had separate toilet and shower, very pleasant.
Small Manco, an unforgettable object 4 hours after the CA, was allegedly not found in the room, which is bad. So small he wasn't.
Beds are also very comfortable, everything in all very good hotel."

"Highly recommended. Hotel is next to metro station. Walking distance to Messe Fair, also have a lot of restaurants nearby. The rooms are newly renovated, free coffee and tea are provided. VVasilikiThe hotel location is excellent, right next to the train station. However I had to change 3 rooms as the heating wasn't working properly and there were no staff to attend so I had to keep going up and down to reception to take photos and show them. Also no kettle in the room or complimentary coffee. I was told these were only offered to 'executive' bookings, which is very disappointing as this is pretty much expected these days. Other than that the hotel was fine: clean, safe, spacious, not noisy.

AAngela808The hotel as a whole is okay. Every time I come to essen, I stay here. The breakfast is not as rich as before. The main reason is that there is no heating and only air conditioning in winter, which is not very comfortable. Some service staff can't speak German, and I feel that the hotel is not as good as before. can cook

The underground parking lot was not extremely crowded, but the charging stations were all broken (the attendant said they sometimes worked and sometimes didn't), which is very consistent with the style of Germany - unreliable.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location, with Chinese restaurants and shopping malls nearby, and you can walk there directly! And the central train station is also close by! Super convenient!
The hotel has a gym, which is small but enough for exercise! Next time I come, I will continue to choose here!

XxmliuqdThe room is too small, if two people bring large luggage, they can't fit it at all. We booked half a month in advance, and the price was a bit higher than the price after arriving. There were many young students staying, and the breakfast was noisy.

RRobi enjoyed my stay here immensely, the staff were helpful, they gave me a late check in due to travel arrangements & also provided iron & ironing board when I requested it. I would have liked to see milk for the coffee available in my room, & at times the property behind was a little loud. but still an excellent stay

GGuest UserDue to the reviews we had no high expectations. We were very positively surprised and can only recommend the hotel. Large room, comfortable bed and breakfast with extras. Noise from the street seemed disturbing, but quiet at night.
