Nice when you need a stop on your journey. Perfect room and clean as well. Breakfast was excellent. In all a very good experience. Next time we will have time enough for using the wellness. Generally very good service.

The hotel is getting old. You can see clear signs of wear and tear in many places, and the rooms are also quite antiquated. There was construction going on in the house, I would have liked to have been informed about this when I booked (which took place on the day of arrival), also about this at the reception. the construction work is delayed and I would have to search in the pouring rain. No charging stations for e-cars! Breakfast is decent, but nothing special and refilled only hesitantly. The restaurant area is optically very good. Very friendly, competent but overwhelmed staff, resulting in unreasonable waiting times. Small menu, the dishes unfortunately tasteless and not sufficiently cooked.

Das Hotel liegt für Kunden von Freizeitparks ideal: einmal der Heidepark und auf der anderen Seite der Serengetipark. Mit Kindern zum Besuch der Parks ist das Hotel ideal. Es sind auch viele Familien mit Kindern im Hotel. Die Zimmer sind schön groß, meistens mit Balkon, alles sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Das Frühstück ist toll, sowie der Spa Bereich ( das Hallenbad war leider geschlossen). Die Betten sind sehr gut. Das Essen am Abend wird in Buffetform angeboten. Parkplätze sind genügend vorhanden. Gerne wieder ….

Das Hotel ist schön in der Natur gelegen und doch nah zur A7; das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit; der Service lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig; dass Essen ist ausgewogen und reichhaltig; besonders die regionalen Gerichte stechen ins Auge… alles in allem hervorragend

Insgesamt ein schönes Hotel für Ruhe suchende oder als Anbindung für weitere Unternehmungen. Leider ist das Hotel ein bisschen als wenn die Zeit stehen geblieben wäre, die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist etwas veraltet und auch der Flair wirkt wie in den 90ern. Das Personal ist total nett und zuvorkommen, allerdings leider unterbesetzt was für kaltes Essen am Abend sorgte oder längere Wartezeiten. Das Essen war hochpreisig aber leider nur okay. Das Buffet war gute Mittelklasse alles in allem gab es all das was man braucht.

Der Service war okay, mehr aber auch nicht. Die Zimmer gruselig dunkel und altbackend. Keine Klimaanlage, jedenfalls nicht in meinem Zimmer direkt unterm Dach bei 30 Grad, braucht keiner. Auch Im Tagungsraum ( also in unserem) keine Klima das macht das konzentrieren nicht leichter

Altbackene abgewohnte Zimmer. Keine Klimaanlage ( das bei dem Klimawandel). Weder an den Fenstern noch an der Balkontür Fliegengitter. 🥴🥴🥴D. h. Fenster auf, dafür innen weder Licht noch Fernseher an. Das schlimmste waren die Federbetten. Grausam und das zu dieser Jahreszeit. Das abendliche Buffet für 45 € p. P. sein Geld absolut nicht wert. (Lieber auswärts essen gehen. Gibt viele gute Restaurants in der Nähe 👍🏻) Bei der Abreise mussten wir eine Energiepauschale entrichten, auf diese wurden wir nicht mal bei der Anreise hingewiesen. Positiv ist das durchaus freundliche Personal während des ganzen Aufenthaltes.
