I recently had the misfortune of staying at Dar Latigeo and feel compelled to share my experience to inform potential guests. From the outset, the cleanliness (or lack thereof) was glaringly apparent. Dust was pervasive, and it seemed that basic housekeeping principles had been overlooked. This level of cleanliness is certainly not suitable for those with allergies or a sensitivity to dust.Furthermore, our interactions with a staff member named Leo were anything but pleasant. Instead of being greeted with warmth and professionalism, we were met with rudeness and a blatant disregard for our needs. His attitude and lack of customer service skills significantly marred our vacation experience.In light of these issues, especially for those who value cleanliness and courteous service, I would strongly advise against staying at this establishment. There are numerous other options available that prioritize guest satisfaction and comfort.

I deeply regret having chosen Riad Dat Latigeo for my holiday in Essaouira. From the moment I set foot in the place, I was faced with a regrettable lack of cleanliness and an evident lack of maintenance that shows the negligence towards the property. But what has really darkened my stay has been the alarming lack of friendliness and politeness of the staff, a situation that I neither expected nor deserved as a guest. Furthermore, the location of the Riad is even more discouraging. It is located in a small vicolo that is both dirty and noisy, which only accentuated the discomfort of my experience. To those reading this, I strongly suggest you reconsider any intention of staying here, unless you wish to leave with a bitter memory of your trip. Definitely not a place I would recommend.

J'ai vraiment apprécié l'expérience. Depuis la réservation jusqu'après mon départ, j'ai reçu un excellent accompagnement. Trouver mon chemin depuis la place, s'est fait sans effort,l équipe est serviable, souriante , mon contact était principalement avec léo qui était réactif et incroyablement gentil. Ils étaient également discrets. L'hôtel est propre et bien entretenu et la qualité du sommeil est très bien. C'est un refuge, a safe haven, pour les voyageuses et voyageurs solitaires et j'y retournerais avec plaisir

Nous avons reçu un accueil très sympathique de la part de l'équipe du Dar latigeo. Ils ont su se montrer très serviables et pertinents dans leurs conseils. La chambre albatros était agréable et très propre. Le bilan de notre séjour est donc très positif. Je recommande fortement cet établissement !
