Sad to report a real lack of understanding. My phone and credit cards went missing and I was not able to check into this boarding house with my child. I contacted them in a desperate state. But they were unhelpful and took my money anyway.

The décor is exquisite, with authentic details like zellige tiles and beautifully carved wooden ceilings. The staff is incredibly kind, always ready to assist and provide excellent tips for exploring the area. Breakfast, served in the courtyard , was delicious, featuring fresh, homemade products. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and well-equipped, with very comfortable bedding. A special mention goes to the rooftop terrace, offering panoramic views of the medina and the Atlas Mountains – perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The location is ideal, just a few minutes from the main attractions yet wonderfully peaceful. I highly recommend this riad for an authentic and unforgettable experience in the heart of Morocco.”**

What a beautiful Riad, everyone has been super friendly, helpful , knowledgeable and smiling. The hotel is lovely and clean, nothing is too much trouble. The reception staff go above and beyond to help and the lady that serves breakfast is always lovely with a good selection of food every day. Always welcomed with a smile. The Riad is very centrally located in the median and a 5 minute walk to either the port or beautiful sandy beach. Definitely recommend
