The hotel from the outside looks good the service was amazing especially all the staff behind the counter very helpful and very kind. The swimming pool was nice but the shower facilities near the swimming pool smelled horrible. The room I stayed in was decent with working TV and WiFi. If I need a towel refill and room service I requested it at the reception. Breakfast is very nice with a range of foods to pick from and a selection of drinks but no water, if you need water in your room you'd have to pay 20 dirhams for a 1.5L bottle (you can purchase 5l for 12 dirhams outside).
Overall I think the hotel is overpriced for its facilities but the customer service from the staff made up for everything else.

Very bad service, too small rooms, not appropriate for 2 people, breakfast average, we requested an additional bed for our baby , the guy in the reception was telling us with a big smile “ yes right now” we asked 3 times and waited, got nothing, slept with ourbaby in 140 cm bed. Rooms dirty and humidified, shower gets water leaking everywhere. We had to shorten our stay and left after one night instead of 3.

The rooms were really cozy with nice beds and even includes smart tv's which is really good in my opinion. The breakfast was really fresh. The garden was spacious, clean and beautiful and the inclusion of entertainment spaces is really nice. Would definitely recommend

The front desk and the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The property was clean, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Some table games were offered to spend time with your friends. As a place to stay in Essaouira, I highly recommend this hotel.

Large groups of students aren't the easiest customers, but La Perle de Mogador provided a top-notch experience for everyone. During our stay, it was very rainy and they still were incredibly welcoming as we trudged water and dirt through their lobby. The hotel was incredibly clean and hospitable, 10/10 experience, would stay here again.

We were 30 students in this hotel and the hospitality they provided was top-notch. It was raining in Essaouira and our shoes were dirty, but they still welcomed us with open arms even if it meant they had to clean after 30 kids. Best hotel hospitality I ever experienced.
