Second stay at this lovely hotel, specious rooms, nice room view overlooking the ocean, amazing breakfast, will book again

Almost everything is slightly broken. Faucets, cabinet doors. The hotel itself is in need of renovation. The indoor pool is closed. Outdoor pool not heated. There is a huge bump in the middle of the mattress. There are plastic spoons in the rooms, room service also brings plastic ones. Shuttle to Essaouira from 10 to 18. Breakfast is not impressive, but ok. Pros: There are a lot of sun loungers around the pool. Lots of places to relax. There is a children's club. It takes about 40 minutes to walk to the ocean.

Nice welcome with tea and cakes, fairly lively room service, the two swimming pools are very good, one of which is natural without chlorine, breakfast there is really a choice and a waiter at the top. Advantage burkini ok shuttle that brings you back to town every hour, with family or friends, a nice place.

The hygiene of the room was good, but we booked a room with two beds. The distance between the two beds is so small that they feel like they are connected together. And because it is a resort hotel, there is no place to put the computer in the room, and there is no decent table. It seems like people over there don't use computers at all when they're on vacation. In addition, it took me a long time to find the charging socket. It was on the side. A small socket on the side of a tree-stump chair. The panel of the socket falls off as soon as it is plugged in. The shower room has no curtain or door.

The hotel is great, a pleasant welcome with mint tea, the room is very spacious, several swimming pools, in the evening there are nice activities with the possibility of shisha, the breakfast is good, the dinner varies. And if you want to go out to the nightclub, it's good too.

I stayed with my husband and toddler for two nights. We had a very relaxing and calm stay. I would definitely recommend the hotel! All the staff we encountered were polite, friendly and professional. Always smiling and willing to help. The hotel itself is beautiful, especially the pool area and the views from the sea facing rooms. The lobby is a bit crowded with some ‘interesting’ art work. Our room was large however the layout was a bit strange and probably not best suited for a family. The bath was exposed and the shower too (no doors except for the toilet). The room definitely needed some modern renovations. The AC was not very strong, the room got quite warm in the evening. The reception team sent a technician straight away and this helped. The room and bathroom were very clean. The bed was very comfortable and we slept very well. The cot provided was clean and comfortable for my toddler too. The breakfast and dinner buffet were great. Lots of options and delicious food. The food was plentiful and the table service was fast. We had lunch at the restaurant by the pool. The paella and pilpil were amazing and highly recommended. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely be back.

It was nice to stay here and I’ll come back again. The experience was amazing and the hospitality of Ibrahim was nice. Also, Souad at the reception was so helpful, friendly, and respectful. The facilities are great with a nice golf course and swimming

Oumaine and Ines at the reception where excepcional we had left our passport at another hotel and Oumaine took care of everything arranged to have it brought to the hotel on time and was amazing with everything thank you so Mutch for everything the rooms are just amazing and clean and the food was the best from all the hotels we stayed in Marrocos. 5 star to everything

This might be an older Sofitel hotel whereby the rooms were nicely laid out but very poor in functioning. The shower water did not drain, the bathroom and the room could not be separated, therefore if somebody would have the light on in the bathroom the light would be in the bedroom too. (Yes there is a blind but that's not really effective). While the breakfast and the service at the breakfast was nice, the dinner options in the hotel were completely missing because they only had a buffet option at the restaurant or one could do bar food. While this hotel is far from the town so once a guest is in the hotel they really don't have options to dine anywhere else. Do not have À la carte options at the dinner restaurant is extremely strange for a Sofitel hotel.
