Bad customer service!! Very bad attention from the afternoon manager, very arrogant and unprofessional when it comes to providing customer service. My stay at this hotel was in very bad taste, I do not recommend it nor would I stay at this place again. The client has no importance, only what this lady says!!

Tuve la oportunidad de quedarme por dos noches en el Hotel, me pareció un lugar muy acogedor, las habitaciones limpias, amplias, y el precio para viajeros es bastante aceptable. Recomendada al 100%, el Restaurante tiene variedad de comida, lo que me gustó es que los desayunos también aplican para la cena 👏🏻 por si quieres comer liviano, muy buena opción. Por último el personal muy atento, no tuve oportunidad de ir a la piscina pero se veía amplia y limpia.

La habitación está muy bien, cómoda y limpia. El único detalle es la falta de tomacorrientes (solo hay 1 detras de 1 cama). El balcón es agradable pero la mesa estaba con mucho polvo. El hotel dispone de un shuttle para ir al centro que es bastante conveniente. El problema es el ruido que generan actividades religiosas que se desarrollan en algún salón del hotel pero que se escuchan a alto volumen en habitaciones y área de piscina. No estoy en contra de actividades religiosas o fiestas, pero el volumen debe ir acorde con la contención de sonido que tenga el salón adonde se realiza, fue realmente desagrable el escándalo durante las 2 noches (viernes ysábado) de 7 a 9pm. El hotel se auto proclama como un lugar de paz y comodidad, pero con ese ruido no se tiene paz.

Viaje con mis padres que son adultos mayores y fueron tratados muy bien sin ser molestos. La comida es variada y muy buena, no es tan barata como en el pueblo pero lo compensa con la falta de grasa y sabor y se puede modificar por dietas especiales. Amplias instalaciones y habitaciones muy cómodas. Y el transporte gratuito a la Basílica es de lo mejor. Un gran Hotel familiar. Detallitos: Mobiliario de habitaciones sencillo, cable básico, algunas manchas de moho en el baño. PD: Si viajan con personas con capacidades especiales como mis papás mencionelo al hacer la reservacion y se sorprenderan con las consideraciones, pidan lo que necesiten extra a Recepción son muy abiertos a ayudar en todo. Definitivamente la atención al cliente compensa los pequeños detalles negativos. Un muy buen Hotel, para descansar y relajarse después de cumplir la Visita a la Basílica del Señor de Esquipulas.
