The Hotel is lovely, immaculately clean and excellent food quality and variety, there was very little to do during the day and it was rather in the middle of nowhere. There were lots of single people there and I felt a singles table would have enhanced my rather lonely experience. I felt too shy to go down to the bar in the evening as it was set up for couples to watch the entertainment on tables of 2 so I felt I would stick out like a sore thumb and if I had been able to connect with other singles it would have been delightful to be able to join in the fun rather than sit on my lovely spacious balcony to listen. The ratio is about 70% German and 30% British but of the nicest kind so there was no rowdiness , bagging of sunbeds just a lovely genteel a**osphere. No loud 'MUSAK' around the pool either which drives me barmy., Plenty of sunbeds and shade and umbrellas The rooms are huge and the beds have mattress toppers on them to make the mattress more comfortable and enormous, comfy pillows. The only English TV was news channels . I had some really excellent massages in the spa too. For a quiet relaxing holiday its perfect although I will have to go on a diet as the food was so good!!

I wanted to bring to your attention an unfortunate incident that occurred during my recent stay at your beautiful hotel. This was our second visit to your establishment, and we were eagerly anticipating enjoying the fantastic views and convenient beach access once again. While we had a pleasant and relaxing stay overall, I was dismayed to discover that my cloud monster runners went missing from our room. The realization came as I was packing my belongings on the last day, as I had intended to wear them on my return flight to Ireland. When I informed the reception about the missing item, I was informed that they were not in the lost and found. Despite our tight schedule, I made a point to report the issue before departing to avoid missing our flight. However, upon my return to Ireland, my follow-up emails regarding the missing runners went unanswered. Given that there was no external access to our room, it is evident that the shoes were taken by a member of the hotel staff. This experience has been quite disappointing, as one would expect a higher level of professionalism and integrity from a hotel of your caliber.

A nice hotel for adults only. Room was good with comfortable bed and good sized bathroom. We had a balcony with loungers, which with the March weather, windy and at times rain, was useful as we could lay out in the shelter from the wind, although our balcony which faced the sea was in the shade by 2pm. The pools are lovely although the top pool was extremely cold, the lower pool was warmer. The indoor pool was good for the days when the weather was overcast or wet. Plenty of areas to sit around during the day, sun loungers around the pools but nothing down on the beach because it is not a private area. Loads of steps but we could get up and down the complex using a series of lifts so for myself with a knee issue it was ok but a bit time consuming. A few alcoves to sit in along from the beach to get shelter from the wind and this made it pleasant on duller days. The beach was accessible for a long way but due to walking issues we were restricted to the immediate area. We hired a car and I would recommend this to be able to have days out. The road access is good, until the immediate road to the hotel, with a new bypass dual carriage way along the length of the island, which unfortunately we could hear from our hotel balcony. We went out to the lighthouse at the southern tip of the island and across to the west coast, the roads are rough and it’s a bit like rally driving but a fun day out. Food was excellent, buffet style, but a good choice each evening including fresh fish. The staff were very attentive and friendly, especially Victor, drinks a bit pricey but served from the bottle at the table and generous quantities served in mixers. Entertainment in the evenings was good in the bar with a variety of singing and musical acts. All the staff were lovely and friendly.

Hotel was built in 2015, nice and clean. There were shops in the hotel but only 2 were occupied and the rest were empty which gave the appearance of desertion. It is mainly a destination for Germans and very few English. The weather was horrendous, rained constantly and 40mph winds which resulted in the furniture moving around which was very loud during the night. Water poured through the ceiling of the entertainment bar so yellow signs were everywhere. i got soaked and the sofas were wet inside the bar. Plaster was falling off the ceiling due to the rain and again you had to negotiate the yellow signs. Only one beer (lager) was on offer, Tropical, which is so weak its hardly worth drinking. Gin and tonic cost 14.70 euros. The other bars were closed as it was March. The food was great, buffet style, you still had to wait your turn, which was not a problem as the hotel was not full, however i can imagine when it is full this would probably cause a few arguments, as certain nationalities don't understand the wait in line concept. The waiting staff in the restaurant were very efficient and polite. No one told us that the QR code on the tables (which was obscured by the salt and pepper pots) gave you information about the hotel. Was useful info except we discovered this the day before we flew home. Highlight of the holiday were the little chipmunks that were very tame and ran around on the rocks. Shock of the holiday was that the beach was a nudist beach. Mainly occupied by the over 70's, none of which were English. Not a pretty sight. There is nothing around the hotel and its a good 40mins walk into town (along the beach as the road is not safe) but when you eventually get to the shops it was worth it as lots to see and buy (even if it is fake designer stuff). Would i go back?? NO

We are just spending two weeks at the Royal Palm Resort SPA in Fuerteventura. For us, this holiday in this place is like a combination of wonderful nature and exclusivity. Only a few companies can achieve this. We are also impressed with the service here. I really appreciate the kindness and professionalism of the entire team as well as the absolute cleanliness throughout the resort. We would especially like to highlight the great service of Carlos David Viera in the restaurant. His constant smile and elegance combined with professional knowledge are unmatched. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

This was out favourite hotel. But this year few issues mean we may not return. Check in was underwhelming. Greeted like checking in at a conference. German couple who pushed in got glasses of cava. We.did not. Room not ready. That's ok. Told.we would get a call when ready. Didn't get call and when went back to reception 2 hrs later room ready??. Food good quality. Better.than previous years. Bar.and restaurant staff great. But overworked. Check out. Very underwhelming. Felt like it was a case of settle your bill and sod off. Beds previous 6 years very comfy. This year like sleeping on a bench. Left.to go to second hotel in north and welcome couldnt have been better. Highlighted what a poor experience this was this year.

Fabulous hotel in the most beautiful setting Peace and tranquility flood this hotel Large open spaces, no overcrowding and meticulously clean Rooms are very large and airy, slightly lacking in drawer storage space but does not retract from the overall minimalistic feel of the place. Food is more than ample to satisfy every dietary need The restaurant staff are very helpful and friendly This is not our first visit. Think we have been at least 8 times from the year hotel opened and we are never disappointed Please don’t go if you want lively entertainment during the day and night. This is not the place for you We love it because of its position and the peace and calmness it offers. All staff we dealt with were charming friendly and helpful Lovely walks can be easily accessed from both beach and hotel front Great bus service a few hundred metres from hotel down into Jandia and anywhere north of hotel Try it.

Great resort. Good location with good access to the beach. Staff is very friendly and helpful and always ready to assist with a smile. Everything was very well kept and clean. Rooms, facilities and amenities are very well maintained as well as the restaurants which happen to have a wide variety to choose from and cater to all needs. Definitely will recommend.
