Me encanta la atención tan esmerada que brindan, las habitaciones son muy confortables, silenciosas y con buena limpieza. Es dable destacar que las recientes reformas de las instalaciones logran hacer mas agradable la estadía. El desayuno es variado, y la atención del personal es muy cordial. Excelente ubicación. Un lugar para recomendar y regresar siempre.

Excelente relación precio - calidad. Me olvide dos prendas de vestir en el hotel, me las enviaron a la ciudad en la que vivo en forma rápida y sencilla. Hermosas vistas desde el desayunador. Muy buena ubicación. Desayuno completo. Excelente atención, los erigiré nuevamente en mi próxima visita a Esquel.

-Buena ubicación (pleno centro de EQS). -Excelente atención de los chicos/as de recepción y de cocina -al desayuno le faltan frutas y fiambres si pretender ser *** -habitacion sin frigobar , aire acondicionado ni ventilador ( me tocaron unos días de mucho calor) y solo tuve q abrir la ventana a la calle -al hotel, para ser un *** le falta mantenimiento en la maquet de los pasillos, las cerraduras en mal estado, las puertas de los placares no cierran, la pintura del techo del baño se descascara,etc

Es un muy buen hotel situado en el centro de esquel.. la estructura en sí del edificio es antigua y remodelada. La atención es excelente y esmerada.. poseen una tienda de compras. El salón comedor es gigante y espacioso en donde cabe muchísima gente en ambos turnos. La comida es excelente y el desayuno también. No posee pileta. Tiene dos ascensores muy pequeños.

Las habitaciones son más o menos confortables, pero por favor, no pidan la media pensión, porque lo único que zafa es el desayuno. Las comidas son malas y los precios de las bebidas que cobran aparte, exorbitantes.

EL lugar es muy Setentoso! pero esta bien! fue raro sentir eso! pero nada la falta, la atencion de los responsables es muy buena y predispuesta, podrian tener una mejor limpieza en las habitaciones pero en gral cumple. la relacion precio servicio y calidad es equilibradisima. super recomendable para quienes quieren hacer una experiencia de esqui mas barata si es q estan comenzando a incursionar en el deporte.

Buen hotel clásico en centro de Esquel. Cuenta con lobby amplio. Habitación amplia calefaccionada, un área de té con pava eléctrica, tazas , vasos y caja de te y azúcar en cada habitación. Baño bien, cómodo. Desayuno variado, salon amplio. Atención de conserjería amable. Limpieza diaria. Volvería seguro.

Hotel divino, excelente ubicación centrica. Cama cómoda, los blancos muy buenos como nuevos (almohadas, sábanas y toallas) tamaño ideal, desayuno muy bueno, completo y fresco, diferentes cosas cada día. Su personal súper amable. La ducha salía con buena presión. Habitación cómoda tamaño comodo. Contaba con una pava eléctrica en la habitación. Lo recomiendo 100%
