Beautiful hotel, nice and clean. Tasty breakfast. Worth the price. Excellent view to the swimming pool next to the room.

We stayed here for 2 weeks in August, 2 adults and 2 kids, in a 2 bed family room which was massive, 2 balconies one overlooks the hotel pool and the other overlooks the next doors hotel pool. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is fine, like a lot of people have said there's jot loads of choice and it is quite repetitive but it's what you would expect for a hotel of this size. There's enough to alternate what you have every few days and the kids were always happy with what they had. We ate here for lunch a few days while we were round the pool, the food is nice but relatively expensive. We also went to Cavialieri and Eviva for lunch a few times which are both 5 minutes up the road and do nice food which is a lot cheaper than at the hotel. The pool is quite deep for most of it which is fine for adults but not ideal for smaller kids, which meant the shallower end of the pool did get quite congested. Hotel is in a good location, shop right across the road, 5 minute walk to start of where restaurants are and only 15 mins to the beach and centre of sidari (which is a bit of a mix of good classy bars and nice restaurants and shops, and a few tacky brits abroad bars like madissons, after a few days you can work out which places you will like and where ro avoid). Only other thing to mention as a lot of people have said the staff are unfriendly, we didn't really find this to be the case, most of the staff were really friendly and helpful, one of the barmen is less friendly but we never had any issues. The hotel sorted us a nice hire car which was a food price. Overall we likes Terezas and thought for the price of the hotel it was very nice and we would stay there again if we went back to Sidari.

Just returned from our second stay, and unfortunately we won’t be back. We are a couple, mid-fifties, who have travelled a lot, and know from experience the hospitality industry is very hard and often unappreciated- so with that said we like to make an effort to be friendly and fair with staff we come across. This year, we noticed a big difference in service. All the other recent reviews note obvious plus’s - very clean hotel / decent stylish rooms / pool loungers comfortable / nice relaxing atmosphere/ pool spotless clean / 15mins away from the main ***** / 5 mins from the better restaurants (The 50/50, Family, Meraki ) & Handy supermarket across the street. So I won’t go into same detail again there - in general we’d agree. (Pool gets deep very quickly mind you) Not sure we’d agree with 4* - but that’s just our opinion. I’m sure there’s a criteria they meet. The new addition rooms are lovely. This time we were overlooking the carpark, room fine, shower very poor pressure, shower head clogged so spray direction was basically ’everywhere’ , no hairdryer, air con was good but kept going off at intervals, which we reported. After follow up call (it was 30degrees!) reception girl came and showed us a knack to get it back on but assured us it would be fixed. Fine for a day or two but began happening again, reported it but to no avail. We just put up with using the ‘trick’ with the sliding door for the rest of our stay. Power cuts on arrival were unfortunate, and couple of times over next day or two (obv not hotels fault) but would have expected a generator at least - in a 4* hotel? Especially when water for showers /loo’s stopped working. We were without power from arrival at 3.30 until midnight. Other hotels could operate? The breakfast is poor quality but, as we only ventured down the odd day, it was sufficient for us. Worst juice & coffee I ever had though. Lunch menus ok, although ‘Greek’ offers weren’t good, omelettes were decent, didn’t bother having dinner there. Minimum entertainment but again that suited us- so just to note. Greek night we did last year so didn’t bother this year, not our thing really. But back to the service. The owners really need to lead by example in being welcoming to guests in our opinion. It’s a small enough front of house team, and as I said we know it’s hard work, but c’mon a SMILE wouldn’t go amiss? The lovely lady who cleaned around the pool area made the MOST effort, always saying a friendly hello. As others have mentioned Gia was helpful and pleasant, Angelos the same. Vasilli could be an undertaker..zero customer service skills and bordering rude on occasions. The lady owner floats about (mostly barely acknowledging guests) and I’ve seen her speak very rudely to her staff often in front of guests - a big no no for me. The male owner picks and chooses when he wants to interact with guests. Left standing at the bar on couple of occasions while he finished his phone call etc. We watched all their interactions w

We stayed here after a weeks cruise. We had a swim up room in Terezas 2. The hotel is really nice and modern and our room was lovely, spacious and clean. Could have just done with a little more storage space. Room was cleaned 6/7 days. Towels weren't changed everyday. We ran out of loo roll and I had to ask at reception for more which never arrived. I finally went and found a cleaner who gave me 2 rolls! That's said the cleaners were the friendliest of all the staff here. They would always say hello, unfortunately this can't be said for other staff members, especially the man serving behind the bar. He was rude and obnoxious. We went to the greek night and went to get a drink at the bar but he shouted at us to get away from the bar and someone would come and take our order...fair enough but the girl waitressing single handed was rushed off her feet. I've never met such a rude man as he was. Tereza walked around daily looking down her nose at us all, she really should appreciate her guests and try and interact with them. Ive been to many Greek islands and it's the hospitality that always draws ne back. Terezas unfortunately had no Greek charm. I felt like we were a hindrance to all staff apart from the cleaners and the lovely girl and guy who served at breakfast time. Our swim up room in Terezas 2 was nice. I was a little miffed as was assured the pool was exclusively for the 6 ground floor rooms only yet other guests from upstairs were using the pool. Bit disappointed that I had paid extra for a swim up pool that benefited others. Shower in the room flooded every day. Not a huge problem but maybe a mop could have e been provided. (I've seen mops in other rooms before now) Kettle and 2 mugs in room so take some tea or coffee. Hairdryer and iron in the room. Breakfast was basic but in my opinion needs to be moved to a bigger area it was far too cramped an area for people to help themselves. Coffee was dire as was the orange juice. Greek yogurt however was amazing! Sidari ***** is about a 10 minute walk away as is the beach. Would I return to Terezas? Unfortunately not. The bad points outweigh the good ones. Total lack of customer service. This is a shame as the hotel could be amazing!

We came to the hotel when the weather was very bad, there was a serious storm outside and we ask to see our room, but the reception girl did not allow. She insisted to pay all money first + tourist tax and when we wanted our reciept for payment, she td us that this is a three star hotel and they do not steal people's money?! I think it is absolutely normal to give it. So, it turns out that we have a reservation for double room, but on the proforma was written- triple room. And the room was with two single beds, put side by side with a gap between them. Also, the receptionist wanted to make us wait more, telling us that it will take long time to give us the receipt, but when she got from us 35 euro and give a receipt for 15 euro... She was very quick changing it. ;) Very rude staff.. The waitress was yelling at us for our car, because first day we park it in front of the hotel, this was not a problem, but the second day she came outside and start yelling not to. Okay, you can just be polite. The tourist tax was by cash, do not understand why. The electricity was cut down twice for five days, mobile data- too! The breakfast was the same every day, very poor choice, I found a hair in the bacon.. disgusting. The towels in the room was dirty, having sh*t spots, asked the reception girl to change it, she did not and told me this is not a problem.. Well, I do not think this is normal.. Bad hygiene is dangerous for human health! Second towels, again the same.. No comment! So, if you are planning to book, check twice the reservation- on email was double room, at place- triple, insist to have a receipt and check it, and carefully check towels! I cannot miss the beautiful interior design of the rooms, good location and cosy style at all, but with this rude staff.. It is like you are not at Greece at all, because everyone in Greece are very friendly and nice!

Hotel was full of wasps. Very uncomfortable when trying to eat and not swallow a wasp. Pool was cold, staff were not friendly, sometimes rude. Beds were very uncomfortable, very hard. Shower water was never hot. Sun lounger cushions were always damp or very wet, depended on which side of the pool. Pool table was old and well worn.

We were here in August and this place is absolutely fantastic. All staff are amazing and always helpful and always welcoming with a smile. The whole place is absolutely spotless and just a perfect holiday, the location is brilliant too. Our holiday was 10/10 and without a doubt we’ll be back very soon. It was also enjoyable as all the other guests were great their didn’t seem to be any ****** misbehaving or being selfish/ignorant. Well done to everyone.

Stayed a week at this hotel. Arrived early am on Sunday 20th. No-one to check us in just a man standing at the front of the hotel who beckoned us to go with him. No one took our passports or checked who we were all week. Note appeared on the door Wednesday evening to go to reception about tourist tax. Apparently 7euros per room per night. Hotel across the road is 3 euros. When I have questioned this on the way out was told because they are a 4 star hotel. I said, if you were a 4 star hotel we would have had at least a hot shower every day which we did not. Also, no tea and coffee facilities in the room yet there is a kettle and 2 mugs. Pool not heated. Appreciate it may be hot in peak season but this wasn't peak so would expect a little heat. Video of breakfast on Facebook does not resemble what was available either. TUI will be receiving my feedback also.

A lovely hotel situated In a great spot close by to the local restaurants/Tavernas. Clean and quiet and ticked all the boxes. Our room was made up to a good standard each day by a lovely gentleman who was always smiling. Some of the previous reviews mention miserable staff, but we did not Encounter anybody that was a miserable. Maybe it’s a case of, what you get out of people, is what you put in. We found everybody pleasant. Would return if ever in Sidari again. Thank you for a relaxing stay 👍
