"Positive points: clean room, breakfast (buffet), minibus schedules for Santa Maria+ Ponta Preta, nearby to the beaches, several swimming pools, Points négatifs : manque de vie nocturne et animations, l'espace sport libre extérieur à réfaire, + a very unpleasant receptionist who didn't want to hear anything (not wants us to pay the amount of stay fee indicated on our reservation but good Trip customer service management)"

"Posto storico e rinomato, molto bella la posizione (anche se beach club troppo affollato e poca privacy) ma assolutamente decadente e non degno delle 4 stelle… le camere hanno letti piccoli e sono molto vecchie con frigoriferi rumorosi. Ristorante La Tortue molto buono e con visuale incredibile. La colazione scadente ed il servizio di reception sebbene molto gentile ha difficoltà con i sistemi di prenotazione. Anche la connessione wi-fi va e viene. Lo consiglierei per i ristoranti ma non per dormirci"

"Nice room, great location. Very nice breakfast with nice variety. (although the sitting at a bar for breakfast is not really pleasant). Really near everything. I asked for a quite room and got one. The only draw was the temp. of the shower - in the mornings no hot water, in the afternoons no cold water. The internet was problematic the first day, fine afterwords."

"The best hotel in the whole island of Sal, except for Riu, is Hilton. Unfortunately, there is no Riu at the time of booking, but Hilton is very new, the decoration is very beautiful, and the facilities in the room are very modern. The hotel swimming pool is very large, the beach is outside, the greening is very good, the photo is beautiful, but the room is a little far from the beach, only half of the sea view room."

"Can’t complain! Was a good beautiful hotel with plenty of food and drinks for all guests! Very easy to get there from the airport and everyone speaks English if you don’t speak the native language or similar. Most requests are done via their handy app which is easy to navigate and all inclusive is true to the name! You only pay for anything extra such as treatments in the Spa or items from the shop located on site otherwise everything else is included in the cost of your stay! I would have preferred more options for the 24hr “snack/food option” but this was only used out of hours so not many times for me."
