2 yetişkin 2 çocuk rezervasyonumuz olmasına rağmen rezervasyon 2 yetişkin şeklinde yapılmış,banyo pislik içinde ,giderleri tıkalı olduğu için gölde ve bar bağlamış pisliklerin içinde duş alabilirsiniz.4 kişi gitmemize rağmen 2 tane havlu vardı ve ayak kokulu lekeli havlular.Yeni havlu istediğimizde gelmedi .Duş mu aldım mikrop mu bilemesim.Kotu kokulu havlular mide bulandırıcı ve kusmamak elde değil.Kucuk oğlum için sadece bir yastık istedim oda servisi telefonları açmadı resepsiyona yorumlarda bu olanlardan bahsedeceğimizi söyleyince, resepsiyon çalışanı temiz bir yastık getirdi sağolsun.Bir daha asla tercihimiz olamaz 5 yıldız neyin nesi bu otele anlamadık.Tatilimiz boyunca farklı şehirlerde butik otellerde kaldık, onlar bile temizlikte ve bakımda bu otele taş çıkarır.

Merkezi konumu sayesinde birçok yeri rahatça gezme imkanınız oluyor ki araç içinde otoparkı var. Odalar ***et temiz ve kullanışlıydı. Suite odalarındaki odalar, banyolar, kocaman terası kendimizi ayrıcalıklı hissettirdi. Kahvaltı göz kamaştırıyordu ücretsiz bize özel omlet bile hazırlanıyor hem de pastırmalı sucuklu nasıl istersek. Gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edilebilecek bir işletme. Tüm ekibe buradan da teşekkür ediyorum. En yakın zaman da tekrar geleceğiz.

Brand new hotel so everything is very clean, modern, and has a brand new feel. The room was very spacious and had lots of space for storage. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside is that the windows let in A LOT of noise in so there is a lot of noise pollution. You can basically hear all of the noises from the street below so make sure to bring some ear plugs. The advantage is that the hotel is centrally located and a very short walk from lots of great shops, cafes, restaurants, and large shopping malls.

It's a very new hotel. It was very good for me because I went on a university post. But it's not very central for someone who wants to go to the city. However, wherever I will go to the next visit, I would certainly prefer this hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The only problem with the rooms was that there was nothing but bed and clothes in the small rooms in the 2+1 rooms. There was neither a comid nor a headlight. It was a great increase for the Irish Pub hosts under the hotel. I think it is not only the restaurant business that is at the quality level of this hotel. When you order dinner in the pub, this restaurant is used, do not forget it. Breakfast is quite enough but quality I don't think it is as good as exaggeration. This hotel is not particularly suitable. The hotel has a fitness center but you have no longer had any expectations except for bicycle, tools like a run band. The hotel staff were very kind and constructive, thank you for yourself.

We visited Grande Arte hotel to look for a room (did not have a reservation) as we had a bad experience with the hotel we booked in advance. Merve at the front desk was so kind to show us what are the available rooms on that day. We liked the rooms and she offered us an upgrade to attract us. The price was attractive and we took the room for 2 nights, The hotel was very charming with a good breakfast. We did not try the facilities available, swimming pool and gem, but looked very nice. Will be back to the same hotel on our next trip.

We stayed there on November 19 evening, more exactly, we made reservation of Ets as a suite room we already took 2 suite rooms in the hotel, which extended the accommodation of a famous name that was a day before and we received it. We learned that they couldn't give the room, we didn't stay at the hotel we paid for it, and they said, 'Sorry, we'll pay us your wage with my baggage.' When we discussed, the hotel director Vedat welcomed our victim in the most perfect way and sent a second primary hotel suite to us to be happy. Vedat saved the hotel's prestige in his job and the reason I gave 5 stars is that he didn't sacrifice us.

This was a six night booking, chosen on the location and by studying reviews of hotels in the area (of which there were quite a few). So we got there via the High Speed Train from Ankara, I guess many others will come from the Istanbul direction. Whichever, the hotel is 0.6 miles from the station; we walked and it took 12 minutes as the queue for taxis at the station made us believe we would be there for some time! If driving, there is a car park under the hotel. Check on was efficient, friendly staff with a good level of spoken English, and with two fairly high speed lifts, I was soon in my room. The room was large, with a huge and very comfortable bed, aircon, and enough storage for my stay. The adjoining bathroom was also large with a great hot shower and oodles of hot water, clean and restocked every day. Sleeping was not a problem with the comfortable bed and my room was facing a quiet direction. Sadly the free wi-fi was a bit slower than that I have become accustomed to, but was perfectly workable, although this had made the difference from a score of five to four in this review. Breakfast is from 06:30, useful for those on business, and found on the Mezzanine floor. Large room, easily enough tables, and lots of food from an extensive choice common to this sort of hotel: cereals, fruit, yoghurt, pastries, hot options and eggs and of course all the traditional Turkish options. The breakfast staff were very efficient. So location. Well of course that depends on what you are town for! For us it worked perfectly for work, but directly opposite the hotel is a modern medium sized mall fronted with a Starbucks (debate whether this is a good or a bad thing) and with a terrific selection of places to eat and drink inside, most with optional outdoor seating. While these may be defined as primarily western eateries, within minutes are more traditional (albeit modern) venues. The centre of Eskisehir is walkable, but I guess a taxi might be the preferred choice, and there were always taxis on tap passing outside. I was really pleased to have booked my stay here, as were my work colleagues who followed my lead. Recommended, and if returning next year, will stay again.

As soon ad you enter the hotel you have a feeling of cleanliness, light, tasteful decoration. The personel at the reception is always smiling and very helpful. Yasemin gave us wonderful advice for discovering Eskişehir. The rooms are perfect. Hygiene is a priority. The room size is very good, the bathroom area spacious and the bed very comfortable. Every personnel you meet in the corridor, reception, breakfast area is smiling and welcoming. Breakfast is very good, I particularly appreciated the mask and glove measure for the open buffet. Parking is a very appreciated feature. All in all, I strongly recommend Dedeman Eskişehir.

It is an amazing hotel. It is just on the top of the Wood Market. It can go down to the Wood Market. The hotel's modern and environmental architecture, the flavor of breakfast and various kinds, the classic music hearing in the lobby during breakfast, the staff's laughing and sensation, the incredible thermals and spasm I wanted to go with each month is my favorite hotel.
