The old town is a beautiful hotel that can be stayed. The hotel staff are very good in cleaning and hygiene, as well as in order to offer customers quality service. We have stayed three days with our sports cafe. Thanks also to the restaurant staff who helped us with the very tasty and tasteful food that we wanted to have in the menu. A hotel that provides a high quality service that we can say our second home in the old town ⭐⭐⭐⭐🙏

When we arrived at the hotel, my little girl was thirsty and said we could get water in the room. They also said the water was sold. When we went out, we saw the toilet paper decreased, they called, and asked for toilet paper, they said we could get the room service. The room smelled to cigarettes seriously, and we asked the room not smoked, they said it could be smoked in all rooms. We had to carry the bags because our room wasn't an ascensor, and we had to carry the bags by handing a bag on the reception. Thanks. The table at breakfast was very saving and was packed with eggs of the muddle. We didn't give much money, we didn't get a lot of services, we went into the overnight room, we went to sleep early morning. If the walls were washed well, we would have had enough. I think that in these economic conditions, this money can only be so much

Birçok defa özür dileyerek başka tanıdık bir otele yönlendirmek istediklerini söylediler. Hatta bizimle beraber gelip mağduriyetimizi gidermek adına indirim yaptırdılar. Otelin müdürü ve çalışanları sonrasında arayip herhangi bir durumda yardımcı olabileceklerini söyleyip mahcubiyet lerini bildirdiler. Kendilerine gerçek samimiyetleri ve esnafliklari için teşekkür ediyorum..Net tavsiyemdir..👏👏👏(odalar bir tık eski olduğu için bu puan kırılımını yaptım)

The entrance door has no bell, only to call. We called but we were waiting a while at the door until another guest came down and told us that reception is on the first floor. No sign says where it is. We thought she would come to open the door but when we went there she was sitting at her desk. No welcome no friendly behaviour. Just got payment and gave the key. This place is cheap but allows smoking in the room even though there are no windows and a good ventilation system. We got a dumb smoking smell room and asked to move and got a better room and slept there one night then asked to move to a room with windows( with supplement charge). That felt better. We could open windows and a door to let the wind blow. Aware of mosquitoes come in the room or maybe they are there. The location is very good, very close to shopping areas and you can walk to several attractions. WiFi is good. Cleanliness must be improved. And some leaking drops from the bathroom ceiling
