The entrance door has no bell, only to call. We called but we were waiting a while at the door until another guest came down and told us that reception is on the first floor. No sign says where it is. We thought she would come to open the door but when we went there she was sitting at her desk. No welcome no friendly behaviour. Just got payment and gave the key. This place is cheap but allows smoking in the room even though there are no windows and a good ventilation system. We got a dumb smoking smell room and asked to move and got a better room and slept there one night then asked to move to a room with windows( with supplement charge). That felt better. We could open windows and a door to let the wind blow. Aware of mosquitoes come in the room or maybe they are there. The location is very good, very close to shopping areas and you can walk to several attractions. WiFi is good. Cleanliness must be improved. And some leaking drops from the bathroom ceiling

There is a lack of direction. I was very comfortable after I arrived in the morning and repaired the hot water heater and washroom. It is large and kitchen and is a few minutes walk to the riverside tourist spot. The owner was always smiling and quick and cozy. It may not be suitable for a trip to arrive at night and go out the next morning. It was an inn that wanted to stay slowly at a price.

The room we kept through the application was very dirty and bad. Although there was a non-smoking room, it was smoke six. The lady at the reception has changed our room and apologised. The shower head was broken and it was very difficult to take a shower. There was no champagne in the room. There was no shampoo. But take your coat while you're going.

staff are very helpful and friendly. There is a good size lift in the hotel if you need it. Over all, we are satisfied with our stay. The breakfast is not buffet style but perfect for us. I enjoy the hot towels from the heated shelves too.
