This place is such an awful and filthy cigarette-smelling dump that I think they have been manipulating reviews here and on other sites. The bedrooms are outdated, damp, dark and smelly. The AC does not work. Stay away from it. The breakfast in served on an windowless underground room, and is also really poor, to say the least.

The two receptionist Buse and Dilan were excellent. They are friendly and helpful. Both deserve to work in a 5star hotel. Their English was good and they understand every word you say. Young and pretty. The toilet was small . I stayed in a suite room for 4nights. Not even a place for my tooth brush.Everything else was average, I would not come there again. I am sure you can find better place if you pay a little more. Location good and all walking distance.

Arranged our trip to Eskişehir at last minutes and delay on our bus arrival close to midnight, we were delighted by super friendly welcoming of Büşra Hanım. The hotel was clean, the suit was more than we expected. In winter time the hotel was really warm and comfortable. The breakfast room was super clean with sufficient breakfast. Location wise is close to city center, Porsuk Çayı, and easy accessible by public transportation. Very much recommended for travelers to Eskişehir.

Geçtiğimiz yıl tercih etmiş ve çok memnun kalmıştık bu nedenle bu yılda tekrar bu oteli seçtik Bu sefer çok uzun kalamasak da yine de her şey çok güzeldi. Rezervasyon aşamasında bizlere yardımcı olan Buse Hanım ve resepsiyonda güler yüzü ile bizi karşılayıp giriş işlemlerimizle ilgilenen İlayda hanım' a ayrıca teşekkürler. Seneye tekrar görüşmek üzere Stella ailesi.
