The architecture of the hotel is absolutely perfect. It is also a very good feeling to be involved in the purpose they serve and to be involved in this service . The part that impressed me the most and that I liked the most is that there is a step-ladder going down to a part of the common area in the hotel, and the fact that they have put a chair with an automatic system for this part, with an automatic system in mind, where they can sit and go on their own 🤍 It was also very nice to see that they made it completely human with emotions. The hotel is small, we stayed in a junior suite, the rooms are nice and spacious. We stayed in room 6 and had difficulty because we had a stroller. We had breakfast included, but it might be better to have breakfast somewhere else. There is a vegan breakfast concept, in terms of price and performance, I would prefer to get the room without breakfast next time. The location is good, right inside the wood market and there is free parking.

The hotel is very stylish. Its architecture and decoration are literally number 10. The location is the same. There are many museums and eateries around. Parking is also sufficient for those arriving by car. These are the good aspects of the hotel. But I could never feel comfortable. Because it was difficult to adjust everything from the light switches to the fixtures in the sink and even the heating system. For example, I tried the heating system and it did not work. When I called, they said we can arrange it from here. Once they set it up remotely, it started working. But until that hour, I literally froze. I wish they had adjusted the heating when opening the room. I could either turn all the lights on or turn them off. I finally gave up. Additionally, some of the rooms overlook the cafe in the courtyard. Live music is in the room until 12 at night. Afterwards, it is difficult to sleep because of the noise of the people sitting in the cafe. Those who will stay at the hotel should definitely get information about the room. Also, the food at the hotel is vegan. Unfortunately, they did not mention this during the reservation. Later, I found out by chance and asked about it myself, they told me it was written on our website. Frankly, I do not look at the website of the hotel where I will stay and I think that information should be given because vegan cuisine at the hotel is not an option but a necessity. However, my son does not eat vegetables. Frankly, I have great respect for vegans, but I also want my preferences to be respected. I wanted to cancel the reservation without burning the deposit, but they did not accept it. For this reason, I had to look for a breakfast place in the surrounding area. I don't like having breakfast outside the hotel, I think it's a waste of time. Finally, they said a suite room was available for an extra bed, we accepted it, but the extra bed did not arrive. A sheet was spread on the sofa in the room in a primitive manner. Even a 7-year-old child couldn't get comfortable because the cushion was crooked and soft. Frankly, for these reasons, I do not plan to stay here again, but my wife and son do not agree. If they decide, you can stay at this hotel every time you visit Eskişehir. Of course, expectations and priorities may be different...
