Basic hotel good for a night or two
Clean, small rooms with basic amenities and small TV. Breakfast buffet had large variety but only a couple warm options. Coffee and juice cost extra.
Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Comfortable stay
A very nice property. Well located. Has some good eatery and supermarket options at walking distance. Very friendly and polite staff. A good buffet breakfast. Parking is not available. Will definitely recommend the property to others.

The hotel is decent; modern building and well maintained. It is conveniently located in the middle of the city, didn't hve to use the tram much. Eskisehir is a very pleasant city to walk around.
The staff were welcoming and helpful despite the language barrier (very little English spoken).
The room was comfortable. I had a single room and it was adequate; it did not feel cramped at all.
The reasons I would not rate it a five are the lighting and the breakfast.
The lighting in the corridors and in the room are very poor. It was uncomfortable walking in the corridors as they are very dark- dark coloured walls and black carpet and very little light. it was difficult to work in the room at night as the lighting in the room is inadequate.
Breakfast could be much improved with some decent coffee ( a bottle of instant coffee does not quite do it for coffee drinkers), and some fruit and juice. I did not like much of what was offered, though they tried to provide some variety.

Konum çok iyi. Otel görevlileri çok ilgili. Sadece anlaşmalı otopark 500 m kadar uzakta valesi yok. Ve otopark ücreti otel misafirlerine normal fiyatın 3te biri olacak şekilde indirimli bu en azından güzel. Oda geniş ve temizdi. Güvenliydi. Teşekkür ederiz. Tek bir negatif sey var girişte ücret öderken post çalışmıyor dendi inana gönderin dediler ama ben postu kuşlanmak istiyorum dedim kırmadılar denedik ve post çalıştı. 😏
