Çalışanlar ilgili ve gerçekten Eskişehir insanını yansıtan samimi ve yardımseverler. Lobi ve odalar yenilenmiş. Kahvaltısı başarılıydı ve bütün kahve çeşitleri mevcut. Kahve sever birisi olarak sabah kitap alanında taze kahve ile birlikte okuma yapmak iyi hissettirdi.

Merhaba 09/10.09.2024 tarihinde 2 gece kaldım. Gerçekten hizmeti kalitesi harika. Otel komple üsten aşağıya yenilenmiş. Renkleriyle büyülüyor. Kahvaltısı harikaydı. Lobisi henuz yenileniyordu. Personel çok ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü artık Eskişehirde her geldiğimde kalacağım bir otel olmuş. Fiyat performans olarak mükkemel bir otel tavsiye ederim.

Otel el degistirmis başta biraz tedirginligimiz vardı,tadilat sürecinde olmasına rağmen hizmet,temizlik,kalite çok iyiydi ,misafirperverlik... iyiki bu oteli tercih etmişiz. Rezervasyon sürecinde özellikle Mine hanım ve ozan beye tüm destekleri için teşekkür ederiz odamız için herşey istediğimiz gibiydi, açık büfe kahvaltısı tek kelimeyle harikaydı, kahvaltı için Şenay hanıma ve ekibine çok teşekkür ediyoruz (özellikle omlet 👌) tek gece kalacağımız otelde 2 gece daha kalmaya karar verdik..
